This is one of the best places around for breakfast but don’t tell anyone because it’s getting to busy. luv the staff and owners, food is great and prices are very reasonable .Ive been a regular customer since it has opened and have never had a bad experience.

Ah! we love this place. I was 8 months pregnant when we went, I ordered my eggs to be well done and low and behold they came just as ordered(Seems like it would be easy but honestly no matter how pregnant I look or how nicely I ask they have come runny everywhere else I’ve had eggs!). So thanks! Prices were great, food came hot, server made sure we had the coffee/tea we needed. Next time I’ll try the wonton soup.

Classic«greasy spoon» fare with fantastic prices. I love the wonton soup. I had the California Eggs Benedict with fresh avocado and unlike a previous customer, the hollandaise sauce was tangy, thick, smooth– just right! Will keep coming back!

Good Breakfast! Arrived early Sunday morning to a full house. Got seated within 2 minutes. Decent coffee. Quick service and surprisingly good presentation for my California Benedict. Asked for soft poached and got them just as I asked. Fresh avocado and tomato. No complaints about the food, service or servers. The building and furnishings are a little shabby but it’s exactly what you would expect for an small, older wood frame building in an industrial area 25 feet from the train tracks and next to a landscape supply outlet. I enjoyed the variety of diners. Everyone from single mom with 6 year-old daughter, 2 tables of retired buddies(probably regulars), small families, senior couples and at least one mid-30s couple suffering through a ‘morning-after-the-night-before’. I recommend it.

We went here based on rave reviews. What a disappointment. I ordered spinach mushroom eggs Benedict, hubby had the Farmers. Service was nice, fairly prompt. The shredded hash browns were indeed pretty good as mentioned in one of the reviews, though I’ve most certainly had much better. Eggs were done correctly on bland unseasoned mushrooms and spinach. The Hollandaise was awful. Anemic, barely yellow, and very see through, bland, not even a hint of lemon and obviously not actually hollandaise. More like a mix that’s watered down not just a little but a whole lot. It’s obvious the ‘chef’ hasn’t even an inkling of what he is supposed to be serving. What is an eggs Benny without decent hollandaise? It’s crap, period. My hubby’s meal was lowest acceptable quality though adequately cooked. This food wasn’t truly bad enough to return, and we were hungry so we ate. Blah. The cheapest ingredients you can find cooked by someone with no knowledge of how food should taste. Unless you can’t find something else, this is a greasy spoon joint to avoid. Heck, I wish we’d gone to McDonalds. What a waste of a good appetite.

Best hashbrowns anywhere! Breakfast is the best deal in Mission and is always hot and made to order. Homemade wonton soup on Monday, Wednesday and Friday is the most delicious I’ve had.
