Had a great experience… We had a front loader washer we inherited from the previous owners of our home that never worked and was on the fritz constantly.
Norm and Lenny set us up with a top loader for $ 275 that came with a 3 month warranty. Unfortunately we had a problem with the timing switch on the warrantied machine… They came and fixed it right away, honoring their warranty no problem.
Here’s hoping that nothing else will go wrong with our machine… Either way, good, responsive service from these guys.

«In between you were calling the technician, the office and GE trying to make alternate arrangements which caused major confusion. When the delivery company showed up you sent them away and told them a technician was coming»
These statements are blatant lies, you people should be ashamed.
I would invite you to show documentation that you had ever booked a moving company to pickup our appliances.
As far as the parts #‘s which you were so kind as to share with Totem Appliance… Totem re diagnosed both appliances and replaced parts in addition to ones which you had recommended (not just the main control boards which according to your technician, were replaced in his first failed attempt to repair the machines).

Platinum appliance is a great bunch —they have bailed us out many times in the past with are appliance needs —fast and friendly service!!!
Had a problem with the oven right around thanksgiving and they sent out a guy to fix it first trip !! – also had them change out filter on the fridge at same time.
They came and fixed our washing machine just recently and were able to get that done promptly and professionally as well !!
When we move and get new appliances they will be are first call
Would recommend them anytime !!
