Great service, very reasonable prices, they deal with some insurance companies directly, saving you some effort. I preferred to deal with a young lady (Christina?) rather than the male owner. Recommend.

I’ve been getting my glasses, prescription sunglasses, designer sunglasses and contacts from Clarence for over 10 years. He’s very professional and the service is excellent. If he doesn’t have the model that you want, you can always write down the brand and model number and he’ll order it for you. If you need glasses and live in Mississauga, this is the place to go!

Clarence is just amazing, The opthalmologist messed up my number and when I received my glasses I could not see anything and he was so understanding and agreed to redo my glasses with a new prescription… my glasses were not cheap asthey were Nikon lenses and progressives witha high power. All the great reviews I have read I totally agree with them… wish everyone worked like him!!!

We went based on reviews as always, (trying to find an alternative to the schmucks at Hakim Optical: p)and we were not disappointed. Clarence is an amazing person. He knows what you want and need and as previous reviews state, he is not pushy or trying to sell you whatever is most expensive. Really amazing service. I definitely recommend it

I visited this store because of the reviews here in Unilocal aside from the fact that I was looking for a prescription eyeglasses. I met the owner, Clarence, and I thought he was very good in customer service. One thing that I love about him is that he is not a pushy guy. He will work on according to your needs and affordability. He will not try to sell you the most expensive eyeglasses though that will provide him more margin. However, this amazing person cares. He understood that I am a student. He understood that I can’t afford an expensive eyeglasses. He knew what I need. He knew what fits me as an Asian who was not gifted to have high nose. He tried to help me find frames that I might consider according to my preference. At the end, he provided me reasonable price. He even suggested for me to pay it once the item will arrive or if I have money. But I told him that I want to pay right away. And he said «I understand your situation because I was once a student». That statement, alone, made me like him not only as an Optometrist/​Sales Person but an AMAZING PERSON who cares to his clients.
He even calls u by your name (as a Marketer, I thought that was great). He will not BS you.
If I am going to get an eyeglasses again, I will IMMEDIATELY go to Clarence. Thank you Clarence for being an amazing person!!!

Hands down the best service I have EVER received at any optical. They go over and above your expectations. I have never felt soo comfortable. Also if there is a frame you want that they don’t have they will go out of there way to get it for you. Hands down the best in the GTA!

Update!
I had an emergency happen when I somehow scratched one of my eye glass lenses 2 days before a 2 week trip to asia.
I dropped it off and was told that they would try their best to get it done by the next day.
When I called the next day, to my horror and not their fault they said that the work was not done because their courier did not pick up my glasses due to the big snow storm we had the previous day.
Clarence the owner assured me that he would drive up to Richmond Hill (where the lab was) and get it done and drop it off to my house that night.
And he did at 10pm, 6 hours before my flight!
The fact that he went above and beyond my expectations totally blew me away!
I offered to pay extra for his gas etc and he vehemently declined…
This is 5 star service in my books!
