Quick and helpful. Service was great. The staff was very accommodating, and not pushy at all. They work around your own price range, and do not try to up sell you on things you don’t need. Purchased a designer pair, for a portion of what I would’ve paid at LensCrafters. Haven’t picked up the glasses yet, so I can’t vouch for the quality of the lens and coatings.

I can‘t say much about other people with their review about this optical store because that is their own opinion. This is based on my opinion on how i will review about this store. My parents got recommended by a family friend and it was a very good timing since my parents needed new glasses; i too, needed new glasses since i had mine about 3 years ago. I came with my parents last time on a friday night before they closed, since i kept bugging them to bring me to this place since i need to get my eyed checked. I came in, the lady was very welcoming. I think it was because our family friend recommended us and she was probably happy that she has customers coming in. I went in and i asked if i could get a optimist to check my eyes since it has been 3 years since i got my eyes checked and im pretty sure i should’ve gotten it checked every 2 years? I had to pay 50bucks since i think if you’re over 20 years, it’s not covered by the health care? The optimist doctor was on point when he knew that i wear contacts and that my eyes were irritated sometimes and told me to wear glasses more often than lenses. After doing the eye tests, he then gave me the results and my eye sight got worst by a bit. So i started looking for glasses that suits me well; the lady was so very pleasant to help me. She helped me look for the right glasses for my face shape and my mom knew that she picked the right one. She also gave me a discount since we got referred. It took me to get my glasses about a week and i was very pleasant to get it! I‘m a Rayban lover and all of my past eye glasses were all Raybans. I must say the glasses i got from them was from bout a year ago. I‘m coming back there again probably this friday to see if i could get another pair of glasses with same prescription and making not so old one just a back-up if something happens.

Wonderful service … style advice has always been perect and they can’t be beat for designer frames pricing. Can’t image anyone ever having a poor experience, as I have been a customer for more than 10 years … never an issue.

It felt like they were annoyed to help me pick out glasses, when i would ask to try something on, the lady would roll her eyes and be hesitant to give me the glasses, as if i would run out the door with them. I had a few questions and when i asked she would answer them like im retarded and everyone should know the answers to these questions. SORRY I DONTWORKINANOPTICALLENSSTORE. thats why im here at your store. i didnt end up buying anything because i felt like they really wanted me out and i dont wanna stay where im not welcome.

They broke my frames while installing the lenses and refused to reimburse me. Apparently there is a sign posted in an obscure section of the store that says they are not liable for frames that were purchased somewhere else. The only possible way that you can see the sign is if you climbed over the glass counter. I think they tried to exploit the fact that I was young; I did not receive an apology and they did not work with me to remedy the situation. They practically hustled me out of the door!
