OK, that changed pretty quickly. Prices have been raised and quality gone down, all in a span of less than a month. I went there the other day, and got a hyderabadi biryani for 6.99 and a chicken biryani for 3.49. Neither had any real meat in them. I saw pieces of bone in place of meat that should have been there. It’s an unfortunate pattern in desi places, and looks like this didn’t survive long.

They advertised a take-​out-​only Halwa Puri «breakfast» on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00pm with free Kashmiri Tea. I went on a Saturday at 10:05am only to be told that the person in charge of making the Halwa Puri breakfast hadn’t even arrived yet. You can imagine what kind of service you are in for if you ever dare to go to this place. As for me and my friends who wanted breakfast that day, none of us are ever going there again.
