Poor customer service,
Used to be better, but they’ve eviscerated their customer service dept it looks like. Better when they had people there to help you, now it seems they aren’t trying.

In a past life of adult times, I came here with my former love and his mother to purchase some film. The quality of prints and film are superb. Blacks Photo carries major brand names as Kodak and Fuji Film products. They also offer photo matting supplies and frames. I don’t believe they offer professional portait photography services.
I rate it four stars as the service is somewhat inattentive as well as the courtesy which comes with the abrassiveness for anti-​Americans.
