This place deserves 0 stars! I went in for a bang trim. After she had finished, I told her it was so uneven, and the woman began arguing with me that it wasn’t. It is jagged on either side of my face and much shorter in the centre. That is what I call uneven. I took a photo of it, and posted it on social media. So many said their young child could have done a better job! She argued with me, insisting I get back in the chair for her to fix. There is no fixing this! It’d have been close to my hairline if she tried. Every other employee there, just sat there looking scared to speak so I’m sure the one who cut my hair must have been the head stylist. She then proceeded to ring in the price to the cash register expecting me to pay! Don’t waste your time on this place. Judging by the comments, there must have been a change in management, as all the most recent comments are negative. Do NOT go here. They have no accountability to anyone, and are unapologetic, and have no problem arguing with you.

This salon is THE WORST I have ever been to! I went here to get my hair done for my friend’s wedding and they did the poorest job. The person who did my hair was just some random girl (not an actual hair stylist). I wanted simple wavy curls and the «stylist» made my hair look horrible. I have straight normal hair which is very easy to work with but they ruined it!!! honestly, I could have done a better job on my hair. I was so upset and they didn’t even care. I had to redo my hair after coming back from this place… A complete waste of $ 50-​$ 60. Very upset at this salon! My friend also had a bad experience here. Avoid if you want your hair to look nice! I no longer live in Mississauga but I had such a horrible experience, I thought I should share it!

I have very light hair and it’s extremely difficult to style with normal hair styling products. I came to this place to get a hair cut because of all the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. I picked up a great styling gum and have been using it ever since. Works perfectly and doesn’t weigh down my hair. I don’t lose my volume due to the extra weight. Because of this place I have a fresh new style and my girlfriend seems to love it as well.

I loved the haircut I got from this place. They do a nice job at doing a clean fade. Got great recommendation on styling hair products. I was surprised at the organic products. I will be looking into it further to learn the benefits.

This is by far the best salon experience I’ve had. I went for a hair cut and like other salons the hair stylist did not rush and worked at her own pace. Got the exact style that I want and I was so satisfied. It’s definitely a great salon with an amazing customer service!
