Had two very excellent experiences here! Worth the stay! The first was when I wasn’t staying as a guest at the hotel, but only attending a wedding. I had the horrifying event of my shoe breaking in between the actual wedding(done absolutely beautifully in the garden area, with the gazebo). and the reception held in one of the event rooms. In a sheer panic, I ran to the front desk staff and and told them my situation. There was nothing available at the time in tuck shop(I was hoping for flip flops that would match) so they went deep into the back and found some white hotel slippers. While they were not stylish they were small and matched my dress. I was unbelievably grateful. The second time, we booked into the hotel to have romantic night away from home. We booked because they had an outdoor AND indoor pool.(plus a water slide). We had our dinner in the lobby restaurant and it was great! our server was Helen and she treated us fantastically! We told her how we were just at the hotel to have a «date night» and celebrate our recent elopement(because we did it without a honeymoon, or even any Canadian family in attendance) so it was our first celebration on Canadian soil since the marriage. We then went for a swim and upon our return we had received complemantary cholocolate covered strawberries and some fancy evian waters, as a treat for our celebration. I only have nice things to say about this location!

I stayed at this property for a work sales meeting(yay?) and was really happy with it. It’s an older hotel that’s recently been remodeled and rebranded as a Hilton. I liked: *Newly remodeled rooms, so everything was fresh and clean *Quality housekeeping — my bathroom was spotless and public areas were well maintained *Unusual for a hotel, the food was decent. We had lunches catered and they were really good and the food at the restaurant was not bad either. *Coffee stand in the lobby for caffeine or grab & go breakfast *Pool, workout room, business center and even a gift shop *A few restaurants within walking distance including a steakhouse in the same parking lot *Nice staff *Free wifi which worked pretty well Not a Fan: *Floor layouts. The hotel has two room towers, meaning wayfinding can be a challenge. Many rooms on every floor will be right by the elevators as well — just FYI If you are coming from Toronto Pearson, know that there isn’t a shuttle and that a cab will run you CN$ 50 or so.

Came here for a three day seminar but I didn’t stay at the hotel. I am just commenting on showrooms they use for presentations. It was clean and looked decent. The location is easily accessible, just about a minute away from the highway ramp. Parking was $ 16 a day which is a bit high.
