The best PC store in the city.
I’ve built a gaming PC with NCIX, and purchased a bunch of other big ticket items. Unlike Canada Computers or Tiger Direct, the store is small enough that they can personally help you over the phone without transferring you through various departments.
Their prices are surprisingly better than Canada Computers, and they’ll even price match.
10⁄10 Would recommend.

I ordered a computer part online for over $ 500 and paid for express shipping… It arrived 8 days later! Although I received 3 emails confirming it had been shipped, I found out after a nasty run around it never was shipped! Only when I spoke to the manager at an actual store, was it dealt with. He helpful and had it shipped for the next morning for my 8th day arrival. If you have any issues, go directly to the manager. Dealing with customer service via a toll free number or shipping is a nightmare.

Best service ever! Bought a gaming desktop from them. Nick helped with all the parts that would work with my computer with help from Henry. They both knew everything about computers and recommended some parts over others! Can’t wait to get it built! Nick also went after hours through email answering my questions. They are non stop about their job and they want to help you out. Best service ever.

Good but small store to spend some time checking out computer stuff.
Decent pricing.
I actually do my research online and come here fully informed ready to buy.
Occasionally I have to speak to the staff to get their opinons as to which similar item is better etc and they do their job well.
