Tim Horton’s… One of the few reasons I like Canada and one of the only reasons why I like the Toronto Pearson Airport. Standard selection in donuts(which is the reasons why I always come). I recently tried one of their paninis, and I must say that I am a fan! Service is really hit or miss depending on what time of day you go. I’ve had a flight through here early in the morning, and the service and the slowness was almost unbearable(I just really really wanted my doughnut). On the other hand, I went here yesterday at around 8PM and it was quick and the people were friendly. Realistically, I will always hit up this Tim Horton’s(in T1 F gates) whenever I’m flying through Toronto.

This place is the bomb! The first place I head to at Pearson Airport upon landing is this stand outside of baggage claim. There is NO coffee like Tim’s– it’s so smooth and yet so bold. It’s very addicting. They have opened up manufacturing and sell within the States at a few select locations(even sell K cups made in USA) but there is a clear difference in the coffe– it’s different. You need to taste Tim’s in Canada– you will end up being a terrible addict.

Slow service and rude attendant. Small tiny spot that is a bit of unorganized and has some very unhappy people working there who create an atmosphere of haste yet still process slow. Food was good so they get the 2 stars.

Quick service despite long line-up. Very efficient staff. So nice to have a Tim Horton’s at the airport instead of going to overpriced places for a quick bite.

I find this Tim Horton’s in T1 F gates to be much busier than the Timmy’s at D gates just after security. There is really not enough seating both inside and outside of this restaurant. This place is tight, people have hand carry and other type of bags/luggage and there’s hardly any room to move inside . The food is the same at any Tim’s. They have a full stock of all doughnuts first thing in the morning and all sandwiches etc. The line ups seem to move pretty fast though and they do have a dedicated line for drinks for morning hours.

Yes it is late at night. But this is an airport. Everything(donuts, muffins, bagels and cookies were stale and unappetizing) after traveling for 6+ hrs I was starving and still didn’t want to finish my «meal»

I grew up in Detroit but Tim Horton’s only made it there when I was in high school. I don’t remember trying their donuts, but maybe I just blocked it out. They’re pretty bad. I mean, they’re donuts so you’d probably think they’re amazing if you’d never seen one before but I have, and these are worse than what I can get at the grocery store. Full disclosure: we ordered a double chocolate and a chocolate dip, but my wife dropped the latter so we only had the double chocolate. I planned to take a bite and let her have the rest before I tried it, but after the bite I didn’t want the rest anyway.

I was aware that Tim Hortons is like America’s Starbucks, because in the airports, you only see Tim Hortons. There were no Starbucks, and there was the longest line at Tim Hortons. When I saw that line, I didn’t want to join it, yet I did since it looks like it had to be good. Plus, I never had it before… and I definitely had the wrong food. At first, I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich since it was highly advertised in the front by the register, but the lady said it would take 5 minutes. Honestly, that 5 minutes meant a lot because I literally waited for at least 10 min in that line. Instead, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a small cup of coffee. The chicken sandwich is worse than an average fast food chicken sandwich. The chicken was kind of hard, and the bread was kind of dry. Overall, it wasn’t one bit satisfying even though I was VERYHUNGRY. The coffee was okay, not very flavorful or rich, but it was decent for the price. For the long lines, I’m definitely very surprised by the quality of the food. I heard that they have better donuts and bagels, which I didn’t try. Maybe those are better.

Decently fast. As good as airport food gets. This Timmies is in Departures of Terminal 1, near gates 65. The line to order is about 20 mins but it’s not terrible as they get your order within 5 mins. Great pitstop before your flight. I grabbed an everything bagel with cream cheese. It was a solid 3 stars. «Quick and dirty» snack before boarding. Stop by if you’re near the gates.

The positives: Staff is nice! Lots of space to sit. The negatives: Long lines at the time I was there. Donuts were more or less fresh.

First time. Maple cream donut was amazing(selected a half dozen mixed and had a bite of each. All were fresh and delicious.) The service staff has kind, patient and helpful, helping me choose my first-timer selections. The coffee was smooth, mildly robust and prepared exactly as I ordered, with cream and sugar. They did everything right.

My first time to try this place. I like being able to get my meal and having a choice of dessert! I tried their Strawberry short cake doughnut and it is sweet and deliciously strawberry. The grilled cheese sandwich with bacon was bursting with bacon! Silence fell upon the table as we each hungrily munch our meals.
