These guys have an excellent customer service and they are not computer geeks, they are professionals… they know their stuff, they upgraded my netbook, solved a problem with my new desktop and were really honest doing business with me… one can also pass by and ask them about any inquiry one may have about computers and they are always willing to answer and give you quick advice. They also take old equipment for recycling… which is hard to do in Montréal due to the nearly nonexistent facilities to dump old electronics.
