The sales lady started suggested me a completely different style without listening to me at all until I finally gave in and said that «the 3^rd dress I tried on seem a bit closer to what I was looking for». So I came back for the 2^nd appointment with a friend and hoping to get a better experience as I like some of the ‘inventories’ that were hanging there. Unfortunately, the same lady served me again and this time she put me directly on the dress I tried on before and push me to buy it without even letting me look at any other dresses in the store. My friend had no comparison what-​so-​ever to give me any suggestions, especially since the one she put on me was a size 12 when I’m a size 2 – 4. Imagine buying a $ 2000 – 3000 dress without having any comparison and the fitting is soooo off? As we said that we’re not sure, she started telling us how we’re wrong about our judgements and suggest «this is the (only?) dress for you». The owner was there helping other girls and she seems nice. I’m all supportive of women entrepreneurs like her, but i think sometimes you have to be tough and direct to your employees. It’s a very competitive business in the end.

I had an appointment at the sample sale and wanted to share my experience.
I was nervous, anxious and scared as I had been to other bridal shops for girlfriend’s weddings and the experience was horrific. So walking into this bridal shop definitely made me feel extremely uneasy. That uneasiness was very quickly put to rest.
I was greeted warmly by Helene Senechal. She was sweet, comforting, attentive, funny, down to earth and most importantly not pushy. She gave me pointers and her opinion but never over stepped. I told her about my incapability of making decisions and she never once made me feel badly for always going back and forth (poor thing must have probably wanted to strangle me). We went over my appointment time and once again, I never felt any pressure.
Thank you to Christianne Brunnelle Couture for not being one of those crazy bridal shops that makes people run out the opposite way. And a HUGE thank you to Helene Senechal for making my experience truly wonderful.
We too often are quick to make complaints however the good experiences should be shared as well.
