Dantech

Dantech a toute ma confiance depuis plusieurs années. Ce qui m'a encore plus enthousiasmé, c'est la rapidité et l'efficacité de tous les employés et du patron lui-même pour répondre à mes besoins. Chapeau!

Have been there twice for help. Cedric helped me both times. Second time he diagnosed a problem with SSD and Cable connections that I bought somewhere else. Charged me a consultation fee ($ 15) and sold me a used 3-​prong connection cable to replace defective one from the manufacturer. For a little more that $ 20, he saved me a TON of time and aggravation! (Thank goodness the problem wasn’t the SSD!) I also bought «Blow off computer duster» there for my SSD installation (earlier visit). Again, Cedric helped me. Incredibly charming, helpful, understanding and great customer service. First stop I’ll make for any other problems. Thankful they are in the neighbourhood.
Also, Cedric was a champ putting up with my bad French, but also speaking to me in English when it was too hard for me to clearly explain things in French. (Not the type of vocabulary I have for French.) No judgements for speaking English, but Cedric and I believe some other people are Francophones.
