If zero stars existed, I would definitely put zero. The customer service is so bad that it makes the service at McDonald’s look luxurious. The saleman there sold me an item saying that it would work for my iphone and I realised just after purchasing it that it would only work on ipads. I could not return it and they just said to go to the Apple store. All the sale are final but, don’t worry, they will still harrass you to buy their reparation service, even though you don’t need it. Worst store.

I had taken my computer in to get a hard drive replaced and after two visits had thrown my hands up and decided to seek help. Le Mac diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in fifteen minutes flat. They were expensive but peace of mind is sometimes worth it. I’d recommend them.
