At the time of this review, I am midway through my first session at M Studio Pilates. So far I am very happy with the class — small size, plenty of attention from the instructor, well-​planned, the right level of challenge without being impossible. The instructor is familiar with each of our physical limitations and offers personalized adaptations when giving instructions.
The studio is large and clean, full of all sorts of Pilates toys, including an ancient Reformer from the 70s (!!) There is a washroom, a change room, and a bowl of chocolate in the reception area.
Je crois que les cours sont offerts uniquement en français.
I will definitely be back for another session after this one finishes. It’s such a treat to have an excellent Pilates studio right in my neighbourhood in Ahuntsic. The only drawback is that the studio is right across the street from an excellent bakery, tempting me to undo all my good work each week.
