Doing some renovations around the house and had an empty wall that needed some modern day art… a huge flat screen TV.
They have a great set up with all the products out on display with the specs and prices. Luckily for me, they were getting rid of their display models.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Tim. I haven’t gotten a new TV for several years now but he was able to get me up to speed with all the new technology and features. He got me what I needed without up selling.
One thing I didn’t really like was the store not being open on Sunday.
Thank you Tim for the great buying experience. I’ll definitely return for future purchases. Maybe a media box! #cutcable

I wanted to play Battlefield 4 one night on my beloved computer, but tragedy happened, I got the blue screen of death.
After I cried for an hour and gave it a proper burial, I headed over to NCIX to build a new computer.
I was promptly greeted by a nice Korean boy, I don’t remember his name, but I know he’s Korean because of his stylish hairdo.
I told him I wanted to build a new computer to play Battlefield 4. I didn’t tell him I knew my computers because I wanted to see if he would try to scam me into buying something I didn’t need.
To my surprise, he gave me two options:
1. A computer that met the minimum requirements to play Battlefield 4.
2. A computer that met the recommended specs to play Battlefield 4.
At this point I knew he was honest, so I decided to be honest with him.
I said «listen bruh, I’m ranked 114,567 in the world in Battlefield 4. I need something that would catapult me to 95,354. By the way, I make $ 45,000 a year, so money is not an issue».
So we spent the next hour looking at different options and I think we were successful in building the perfect computer for Battlefield 4.

I will continue to purchase all my electronics from you guys.
The only annoying thing about them is that they are closed on Sundays, wtfbusiness
