Pizza Hut

I ordered online at 12:45PM on 2015÷08÷03 for 4 large pizzas for pickup and arrived to pick it up at 1:05. The order monitor showed «Promised at 1.04PM» but my order was no where near that time. When I entered the location, I was 1 of 2 customers there. As soon as I told the attendant I am there to pick up, I saw him run to the back of the kitchen and start making my pizzas from scratch. Then that was followed by this attendant having a LOOOONG conversation with his manager. In the meanwhile another customer came it, saw that the employees were DEEEP into their conversation totally ignoring us, left. When my order finally arrived, it was 1:35PM (31 minutes past what was «promised»). I expressed my frustrations about the delay but all he said that he was «very busy» with «other orders». To compensate, he gave me 1 of the 2 pops free.

I got the 60c wings special. Got 16 wings for about $ 10 with tax… Which sounds like a good deal, until you see what the wings are like. They are literally the smallest and dryest wings (even though we got the traditional wet flavors) and not even worth half the price I paid. Flavors were bland too (got the salt & pepper and garlic parmasean). Overall not happy with the food, and won’t be ordering wings from here again.

I had an excellent walkin special at this location — medium pepperoni deep dish pizza — that was only $ 5.99! Unlike other locations (namely Merivale) it was loaded with cheese and cooked to perfection. Not dry or undercooked.
I will definitely try my luck again, but sadly this special is not always available.

Don’t waste your money, there are cheaper better tasting pizza in town.
