This Second Cup is not the best I’ve been to. The staff made a mistake on my Frozen Hot Chocolate. They made it with too much milk and didn’t make me a new one. When they made my wife her Caramel Corretto they lacked the whip cream on top. They said it didn’t come with it. The staff generally looked like they didn’t want to work there. They didn’t smile and their body language looked sluggish. The owner or manager only stepped in when the line had seven people in it. They need to look at customer service. I hope next we go that we receive better, smart, and livelier service.
