Grand Central Consignment

Cute little store that carries so much fantastic things. The thing I lovee most are the robes they provide in the change room, so you can walk around a look and not have to worry about changing again. I’ve finally found a store that carries exclusively sizes I can fit into! It’s great to look through clothes and not worrying about if you can find your size. The employees are a little cold though. A great place for curvy ladies to find fabulous clothes.

WOW! This place was fantastic! I have been off ill and gained a few pounds and didn‘t want to look sloppy so I decided to check this place out after looking up plus sized clothing stores in the Vancouver area. I was super stoked when I walked in and saw that they carry size 10 and up.
I had never had the experience of a consignmnet store before and it‘s almost as heavenly as Sephora. Well this location anyway. I was able to pick up 2 two piece suits, 3 shirts and a pair of capris (ok more like mid calf pants on me) for about $ 150 dollars!!! I am in my early 30s and VERY picky about what I will buy so you can guarantee they aren’t old lady clothes. It is a mix of clothing there so any age will find something they like there.
What surprised the sales ladies the most is that I am also a power shopper and was able to buy it all, with trying it all on, in under 40 minutes. The change rooms are a delight and what made it all easier is that if you don’t fit the items you first find and need to go take another boo at the clothes rack, they offer a silk robe that buttons up, that you can walk around the store in so that you don’t have to get all the way back into your clothes, just to take them off again.
All in all, this is the best consignment/​second hand store I have ever been in.
