Never again!!! They convinced us to use 3 men … would be more expensive per hour but a faster move … would’ve been if the lead guy didn’t stay in the truck the entire move out … supposedly directing where and how to pack the truck … REALLY??? Then stayed in the new house directing where to put things and talk to me. Was told tgat certain loose items coukd not be moved … said fine … could do those another day … hadnt had enough time to fet all unusual things packed… so then they ‘took advantage’ of that ststement and left behind mire than was needed … side tables … carpets. and also said tgey woukdnt take patio furniture or planters if they were wet … duh we live in Vancouver!!! Also paid 2 guys around 500.00 to pack the kitchen and Living room … they didn’t finish and now unpacking boxes all mixed up… missing items related … a stack of very expensive China wrapped in one piece of paper … boxes not marked or not marked properly … Then charged a ‘Sur Charge’ an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE MOVE!!! WARNING … DO NOT … DO NOT USE!
