Sunquest Mobility and Mediquip

This place started out great but then the service tanked.
I rented out an electric wheelchair, bed rail, and shower rail. Going to the store to get everything set up went flawlessly. No complaints there.
When delivery came the wheelchair was set up in my home just fine, but the bed rail never got delivered.
What was bad was trying to return everything. With a new baby we requested the wheelchair be picked up since it was going to be hard for us to drop it off. They agreed.
The pick up kept getting forgotten. We then get a call saying they’d pick it up the next day. Then a few minutes later while we were out finishing lunch at a restaurant we get another call saying they’d pick it up that day… in 15 – 20 minutes. We drop everything right that second, race home with a screaming baby, get there in the time we said we would, and find out the guy came and left and they’d pick it up the next day! What the heck?!
I was felt feeling pretty angry, jerked around, and with a bad taste in my mouth.

great service, very knowledge and helpful staff. I tore my Achilles tendon and could not drive, they helped me with everything made recommendations on how best to recover from the injury and even picked up the rented equipment when I was done. Great business!

I have enjoyed excellent service at Sunquest for several years now. They go above and beyond to ensure clients receive the equipment that meets their needs. I will continue to recommend Sunquest to all my friends and family.
