My favourite combo is the Mango Chicken wrap which burst with flavor enhanced by sesame oil, basil and feta coupled with the smokey creamed tomato soup… the ultimate in take out conform.

Solid breakfast wraps, soup and latte! My lunch came to $ 17. I found that a touch pricey for the ambiance. The place looks like the standard coffee shop with board games and limited seating. The bigger tables are reserved only for groups of 3 or 4 people when I asked. My food was great. My wrap was loaded with cheese, egg and sausage. Broccoli and cheese soup was creamy. Latte was perfect.

Best. Soup. Ever. I don’t know how else to put it. This is a simple café with an eclectic style, great coffee and a $ 8 soup and grilled cheese combo that has left me seriously contemplating another bowl of an outstanding Creamy Tomato Basil soup with something crunchy hidden in there. Just wow.

Great food and drinks if you don’t mind terrible service. I came back here for a week straight for the awesome wraps, granola, and coffee, hoping I’d just caught the baristas in a bad mood. Didn’t change once. I would still go back but they should consider turning their shtick into an Elbow Room-style joint.

Every time I go there I am so happy and so is my tummy! The soups are SO good and they have the best coffee for the true coffee lovers! It’s a laid back place not a fast food joint. So sit and relax and I hear the board game nights are so fun! I go here every chance I can!

There are a lot of meal options, great meal options that leave you feeling clean and full. Ambiance is inviting, prices are decent, I loved the customer service which was very chilled and super friendly. I had a simple soup and veggie sandwich = awesomeness in love.

Love this little place. I’ve had their soup, wraps and bagels… all delicious! They even host board games meet ups every second Friday. My only complaint is that their hot chocolate doesn’t have whip cream. Still 5 stars tho!

Excellent coffee that I actually look forward to when coming out to New West. It’s every bit as good as any spot in Kits or Downtown or any other coffee-centric hub. If you go often enough, the staff will get to know you and your order by name. Thanks!

A classy little café located not far from my place. I like coming here as most of the other local choices are pubs, or franchises. The workers are so nice and one of them shared a couple of secrets about a recipee with me. The coffee is good, but the panini pressed wraps and bagels are where it’s at.

This cozy little place is a good stop for lunch or a tasty treat. Or to just come to hang out and have a coffee. The food is definitely worth coming in for; try out a panini or a soup and salad. Food is made in House and comes out fresh and delicious. The quiet and intimate setting works for me. The restaurant space feels and looks cluttered. If filed to capacity you might feel a little claustrophobic. Corners of the place can be filled with random pieces of equipment and supplies. This does distract from the overall appeal somewhat. Good location, good food. Worth the visit any day.

I must say I am not impressed with their veggie breakfast wrap. Paid $ 10 for Processed singles cheese and I could barely taste the red peppers and veggies in the wrap. Also tried a pumpkin loaf which was cold and hard. They’re coffee is good and a nice place to study and do homework.

Sandwich snob returns. We wanted to love love LOVE this place, but I simply can’t give four or five stars to a premade sandwich. It also took an inconceivable amount of time to get to us. Having said that, it was a tasty little panini.

Ok, so take a café. Add a FUNNER menu. Let some talented food-weirdos rename everything. Add some hot-sauces that your mother would scold you for as a child. It’s worth a food-tourism trip! Yahoo on my tastebuds, YeeHee for my sense of humour!

Please try the Baja wrap! It is really good. I love the cheese! It is very well-balanced. The pulled pork wrap is nothing to sneeze about too. It is a huge wrap filled with meaty goodness; the sauce is not overpowering either. Mel Ann is the owner of this awesome establishment. I love all the snacks and the fact that they have coconut water. She even holds cool board gaming events every other week. It is a great promo. Pay $ 10 for some yummy food and all the board game play you desire. Parking isn’t bad at all. There is plenty of street parking, and it isn’t too expensive for the meter. Gotta try this place!

This place has the best coffee ever. The food is great, and made in house. A super alternative to the corporate hell-holes that serve coffee on every street corner these days. The wraps and soups are delicious, but I really like their granola yogurts with fresh fruit.

Cute place with great owners and baristas. Yummy coffee and the food looks delicious and definitely made with love. They even served soup with truffle oil which is surprising for an independent shop in New West. Haven’t tried there food yet though :(Next time I’m over that way… Could use some comfortable chairs.

I had the veggie pannini. Very tasty, grilled just right. Organic veggies make a big difference in a sandwich. It had a very nice pesto sauce. The full size sandwich with a mug of earl grey tea set me back about $ 12. The overall vibe is a hippie feel. Organic goodies all around. A nice touch is they don’t use stir sticks on the coffee station. They have real spoons for mixing in your sweeteners. Two tins clearly labelled«clean spoons» and dirty spoons” It’s the little things that make the difference.

The food is tasty, however their wraps can be quite heavy on the cheese, making them greasy and heavy on the stomach as well. A tad pricey for a café. Staff seems to be overwhelmed most of the time.

This is certainly off the beaten track for many of us. But this café is fresh, warm, and inviting(as their tag line tells you). There’s some nice seating by the windows, as well as some lamp-lit corners. I didn’t have any food. Just an iced latte and my friend a coffee. They advertise that they get their beans from Continental Coffee which is a perk in my opinion. The crowd here is mixed. There was a guy studying, a young family eating, and a girl on her cell phone. It wasn’t too crowded, and there were lots of seating choices.
