Nice store, they have additional items most days. Open six days a week (Closed Mondays) so I make a trip over there as often as I can. Bring my own donations and shopping bags. All appreciated. I do not think that everyone is a volunteer as they often advertise for a paid manager. They do teach a lot to their volunteers who gain work experience from it. Many one of a kind items, lots of books, the store should stop putting books at the bottom of the bookcases, few humans car reach the bottom two shelves without fainting from dizziness :-)

When the guy I am dating used to live in the area I would come check out this place off and on when I was in the area. I have found some decent stuff here in terms of media but not so much in the clothing. Than again I am very picky about my clothing. Very well stocked and organized and respectable staff.

Being new in town we are always on the lookout for a great bargain… and THIS little gem of a Thrift Store has been a literal Godsend! We have bought many quality items, most of them brand new or very gently used… for example: a brand new Hamilton Beach indoor bbq grill for $ 10 (retail at $ 75) a Calvin Klein dress shirt $ 3, a Kenneth Cole suit $ 12, real crystal stemware $ 2 and even a FREE LAMP they were getting rid of because it had been in the store for over a month. We also love the fact that all the proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association. This is the place you check FIRST before you go and buy somewhere else… you simply can’t beat the prices.

It’s a cozy little store with a lot of great, quality items. 100% of the proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association. They carry everything from knickknacks, paintings, books, clothes, shoes, housewares, toys, linens and decorations. The volunteers are always willing to help. They are conveniently located down the street from the bus stop and the banks. Prices range from 10 cents to 10 dollars, making it accommodating to all prices ranges. I picked up some great shoes from Spring and cute sweaters from Old Navy and American eagle. Great place to get lost and find some awesome deals.
