No. Maybe I’m just used to ny, you know, when you actually have people in the counter and you don’t have to wait for 15 min for the single person that does everything and hates their job. This is a disgrace. Lady at the desk wouldn’t even look at us. They’re rude, and understaffed(which might be why they’re so rude). Idk. Wouldn’t go back.

Took my son and his classmates for his birthday. We’ve been for many other parties. The Laser Tag is very popular with my son and his friends. This was our first time hosting here. The price is reasonable and the kids really get a work out. The game staff and party room staff were excellent. The game was explained well and the referees were always available for questions. The party room staff were quick to clean up and let us enjoy the kids company. The pizzas were tasty and we had some left over. All around positive experience. *This is a review for Laser Play, not In Play. Apparently they are separate businesses.

Hosted Bday parties for my 2 girls there. The party room was decent size, neat and clean. The pizzas were amazing. Much better than many other pizza chains in the area. The 2 employees, B and D, were extremely helpful and pleasant. Service was amazing. Now to the main part, the elder kids had a great time playing laser tag while the little ones had fun in the play area. Their play area is pretty big, compared to many other places i have been to. They also have a decent collection of games you can play with tokens. It’s not Dave and Busters but it’s a cheaper alternative and close to home. I was a little skeptical when i read the previous reviews, hence we did a thorough investigation before booking the place. Looks like they have cleaned up and did some upgrades. Will definitely come here again. Fun for my 9 and 5 year old.

I took my daughter to this place because the pictures that shown in their website was very fascinating. However, it was a bit out of my expectation. Playground: it is quite ok, bit I found that some corners or exit ways are not very safe for kids because those areas do not have foam mats on the floor. I like those soft benches though, colorful and safe for kids. Arcade games: sorry to say that Machines are like 30 years old. And some of them were not working. Looks like Chuck e cheese has better ones with more varieties. Food: I did not try. Golf: looks good and neat but we did not pay the extra to play this. Rock climbing: did not play today. The overall service is pretty good with a very friendly welcoming guy in the front reception. We went there in the morning, and there weren’t many people, but there was a group of kids from a daycare. And they did organize well for them, they have party rooms. Will I go again? Probably not. When I told my daughter that we had to go and leave, she did not refuse and seems like she had enough and did not find it as excited as chuck e cheese. The best part she loves the most is the swirly slide in the playground. But we can certainly find something similar in the park outside, why pay 5.99 for that then?
