Laser Play

My 4 year old had a blast here. It’s a nice clean place and the laser room is just the right size. The amount of time they alloted for play is good and they also have a small arcade. The prizes are nothing special and there is a very small selection but reasonable. Prices are good and though they were understaffed I would absolutely go back.

Worst experience ever for a kids birthday party. Was told a certain price over the phone but wasn’t so at the location.
Staff looked like they were not happy to have to deal with kids. Couldn’t smile if she wanted to.
Was told kids were getting 2 to 3 slices per kid but only ended up getting 24 slices for 13 kids.
Was told were able to bring our own chips but changed their mind when they found it it was Lay’s chips and Doritos because it’s greasy and the grease will get on the games. It’s okay to buy their chips for $ 7×3 of them. Oh BTW, they sell Lay’s and Doritos.
Be prepared to set up your own tables and chairs and bring your own table cloth if you want one.
Had to ask for the 8 tokens that were included, plates, drinks, forks and knife to cut the cake.
Where’s the manager you asked? Well she was too busy upstairs to come down to talk to us.
Pizza was nasty with very little cheese for a cheese pizza and the chips were soggy.
Kids seemed to enjoy the laser game so they get one star.
Sooooooooo disappointed and a waste of money.
