The food and service were great while here. Seafood, meat, and vegetarian. Everything tasted fresh and there were plenty of choices. The maple sautéed salmon was amazing!

Pricey, especially when the website says $ 25 Canadian and we paid over $ 40 per person for dinner. Food was good, the server was fantastic, very friendly and full of smiles.

This buffet came in at $ 40CAD per adult. This pricing is normal when compared to the other hotel restaurants where we ate. GREATFOOD and a variety of options. Chicken, steak, pork, roast beef, fish, and more. Everything was fresh and HOT! Even by the time we got back to our table. If it was supposed to be crisp… it was. It was supposed to be soft… it was. The only thing I didn’t like we’re the burger sliders. The staff was polite and attentive. Having a window seat was a bonus. Wide variety of fruits, veggies and desserts too. And this was at 8:30pm on a Monday! I would definitely recommend it. Take your time and enjoy the experience. And tho it’s the Sheraton’s hotel restaurant, they can bill your crowne plaza room. :)

To give this place a one star is stretching it. The service was mediocre but the food was absolutely deplorable-especially for the price. I can’t describe what a waste of time and money this place was. Who screws up at salad bar? This place does! Do not waste your money. Listen to these reviews these are for real!!!

Ridiculously expensive, even if you are using the«coupon» for the packages from the hotel; Don’t bother, it’s not with it. The food choices aren’t varied or good enough to justify the price. There’s a reason they don’t advertise $ 39.95/person and that’s before all the taxes they add on.

Never again will I return here.$ 40+ tax is way overpriced for the quality of the food you get. You would expect stuff like crab legs or decent meats but you get cheap stuff like mac and cheese which was basically what my kid makes in the microwave(noodles with shredded cheese on top). The cheese.Ew.It was rubber like a rubber duck. Food wise, its very salty, cheap food. You’re better off going to a cheap Chinese buffet. There you’ll get better quality stuff. The view we had was nice though. We got there early so we got a table next to the window overlooking the falls. Staff could be better. Waiter had to be asked for more water. The table behind us, the waiter consistently forgot to bring their kid his milk. Overall, if you don’t mind salty, rubbery, cheap overpriced quality food then come here. But if you want good food save your money and go elsewhere.

The food here definitely left us wanting to go somewhere else. The price makes us never want to come back. They should display the price openly so that you can go to the nicer restaurant and connected to it.

This buffet is way overpriced, worth about $ 25USD max, but the price is $ 40USD(for dinner anyway). The options are very cheap, mac and cheese, cheap cakes, chicken, mashed potatoes, salad bar, etc. There was a beef cutting station but it was very thinly cut and generally bland a slightly dry. They had shrimp and cocktail sauce available but the shrimp had their whole shells still on, undoubtedly to deter you from eating a mass quantity of them. For the price you would expect some nicer cuts of meat and as well as a better selection. Also would’ve expected better deserts, not cakes that were barely on par with your local grocery store.

Food is fair at a reasonable price and if you time it right the view is spectacular. Meaning wait for a window table. I have eaten here several times and the food is good. Not great. Wait staff is attentive and coffee is excellent so a good choice for brunch. If it is busier the food is better as they don’t change out the food as often as they should. The eggs sit under the lights far too long and dry out and get rubbery . Bacon cooked to death or not cooked enough. Kitchen staff is a bit rude so you hesitate to ask for anything different. For a $ 14.00 buffet you are sure to get enough to fill you up but it’s nothing to write home about. Like the rest of the casino experience… this is not Vegas baby. The really nice part about Niagara Falls and the casino experience is the non smoking.

I came here with my family, excited to find such a grand deal on the website. It says that children eat for free and adult dinner price is $ 25 per person including tax. What an amazing deal for a spacious buffet restaurant and a breathtaking view! However, the food was terrible. They weren’t fresh or flavorable. The only good palettes were the salmon, roasted chicken, and the soup. There wasn’t a big variety of food either. Just a lot of salad and pasta. The service was mediocre. There weren’t even a lot of guests, but it took him forever to clear out tables when we went to get a new plate of food. Same with the water refills too. We also couldn’t get a table by the windows to enjoy the view either, but there was a balcony that anyone can go to take a picture. The balcony was very small, so it was very difficult to take the picture. In my opinion, there wasn’t much of a difference between taking a pic on the balcony of Niagara Falls and taking a pic on ground level of Niagara Falls. When it came to the bill, however, we gladly took out our wallet. $ 25 was pretty cheap for restaurants that specifically emphasize the views. But it said that it was $ 39.95 per person and my little brother was also charged for the dinner. Wth?! So we kindly asked him and he broke us off, telling us that it might be another buffet down the block and that we were charged with additional tourist tax. That’s when it hit us. The moment we entered the restaurant, they had asked us if we were tourists. Then we were seated in a lounge as they prepared a tablefor us. We were asked if we were tourists again. Then the waiter came and brought us to our table, and we were asked once again. That meant that there were two different prices. We asked the table next to us, who were not tourists, and they were charged $ 25. Ok, what’s the deal? They could have been honest from the beginning. They were really sly and deceitful. Is this the way Canadians do business? They even tried shifting the blame to another restaurant. I have done research beforehand, so I was already aware of the tourist tax. But on the Fallsview Buffet website, it did not state anything aboht the difference in the actual dinner price between tourists and non tourists.

The best part about this place is the view. Food wasn’t anything special, coffee was watery, floor was full of crimes.

This is a ok buffet. It has everything you want in it and it’s all good but your really paying for the view of the falls as you stuff your face with food. Just like the water dumping over he falls I dumped food down my throat. Don’t get me wrong. The food was nice. I enjoyed the shrimp and the salmon. They had a roast that was not dry and had a great rub on it with any kinda side you would want. I will say this. Most of he restaurants around the falls are all over priced and sub standard. So this is your best bet to get a pick of a few foods and all of it just being good. I’m only giving this 4 star because of the view. The food gets a 3.

You come here for the view mostly. The food is not bad, but it’s not going to blow your mind either. If you value a good view, this is the place to eat. I paid $ 39.95/person, which is regular price. I believe you get a discount if you’re staying at the hotel but don’t quote me on this. It’s pricey, but it’s a tourist area. You could spend this kind of money in other places and still be hungry. Don’t forget the new tourism tax. After tax and tip you’re looking at over $ 100 for 2 people even if you don’t order drinks. As for their food selection, on the day we went, there was a pasta station, roast beef, seafood(shrimp, mussels, salmon), steak/mushroom/potato pot pie, various salads/fruits, 2 soups, good selection of desserts, some app stuff like cheese/cold cuts, and some filler stuff like fried rice. I loved the pasta, roast beef, and seafood. Their mushroom soup was excellent. The steak/mushroom pie was a little salty but still delicious. When you think about it, this is worth it. Better than going up Skylon tower IMO. You can find your Keg, Kelsey’s, TGIF, Ruth’s in any major city. But there’s only a handful of places that offer such a nice view with decent food.

I came here for the view. The view was nice but the food was ok. There wasn’t much to choose from. The seafood selection contains shrimps, salmon and mussels. The salmon was the best. They had a chocolate fondue which you’re provided w fruits and marshmallows to dip. Those were the only things that caught my attention. If you expected to eat delicious food than I wouldn’t recommend you to come here. If you just want a nice view of the Niagara Falls than go for it.

Came in for breakfast. Typical breakfast buffet items but the lady at the omelette station was awesome! Super sweet and she cooked my food perfect! Sit by the windows to get an awesome view of the falls!

Let me start off by saying I love buffets. They are the reason I love Vegas. I am a picky eater so being able to compile a plate of food I can actually eat. The buffet was way too pricey for what you get. For $ 40 per adult I was expecting a lot more and more unique dishes. The vast majority of the food looked like your standard run of the mill buffet food that could be seen at a chain restaurant. Crab legs, prime rib, are the foods you would expect for that price. Our server was a bit intermittent. At first he kept coming to check on us and taking away dirty dishes, but then he suddenly went MIA towards the end of the meal. We had our drinks empty and then had to wait forever for the check because he was nowhere to be found. It was at the end of the night we went so was not busy at all, so no clue what was holding him up. With drinks and tip our mediocre buffet dinner was close to $ 100 leaving us not too happy. You are better off going to next door to Windows and getting quality food and service for the same price.

Go for a drive! Try something new, lots of restaurants in the area. View Ok but the Way Overpriced buffet 2 people $ 102(drinking soft drinks). Sure if your a guest they will give you 20 Bucks off. Still look around. Don’t get to caught up in the moment, you will be back again. If not this food is not something you want to remember. There are a lot of views, that come much more reasonable, if you have to experience this view, try breakfast.
