Ordered Sujuk(Spicy Sausage) Sandwich which was delicious. Butter chicken pizza was very good. Latte was decent but not nearly the best we had. Got bread but no oil or anything to dip it in.

Everyone here was very nice. My chicken shawarma wrap with Saj bread was outstanding. My husband thought his falafels were great. The flatbread pizza was tasty, but average.

First, you have to leave your table to go and order your food, when you order the food they AUTOMATICALLYADDTHEGRATUITY(15%). We ordered the beef and chicken sharwarma plate and the beef sujuk plate. The beef and chicken sharwarma was served COLD, we turned it and the second plate was lukewarm at best. The beef sujuk was over cooked and dry. My experience at this place was very negative, no apologies for the cold food or a refill of water. The waiter asked if we wanted fresh pita bread and then didn’t bring it until another waiter asked if we wanted bread. We said yes and the got it right away. Not recommended to eat here food quality poor.

We had dinner here tonight and ordered a mixed platter(half), chicken shawarma and kafta. The meats were cooked well, the chicken shawarma and kafta were our favourites. They were full of flavour and were moist. The pita is also made in house and the hummus seemed very popular as well. The way this restaurant works is that you order your food first and then they bring it to your table number. Please note that they charge you a 15% gratuity and then asks for another tip without informing you of the initial tip. Recognizing how their service was great, I am not against tipping for service, however I feel that being transparent is important.

We popped in here for a quick lunch prior to crossing the border. I had the beef shawarma wrap and it was way better than the Dixie/Eglinton location in Mississauga. The meat was flavoured well, generous portion, no fat or gristle and the toppings were all prepared fresh. My friend had the lentil soup with Fattoush salad; she said it was amazing. So happy Paramount will be opening in my hood(Etobicoke) soon!

Confusing at first, you get seated than you go up to order your food. Food is good, only thing was when I ordered and decided to get a take out the cashier Taylor was not pleasant about it, and my brother also made an order and she was very impatient when he was deciding between fries or rice. Other than that all the servers were great!

This place blew me away! The best food in Niagara Falls. We went 3 days in a row and almost tried everything on the menu. I hope they open one up in NJ. Otherwise it’s worth the 6+ hours drive just to go eat there again :)

Shitty food, worst service I’ve ever experienced, absolutely unkind and incompetent! The best thing was the 7up.

Places like this are my savior when traveling. Food here was really pretty good and they were more than happy to help with dietary restrictions. Had a bunch of kababs rice and pita.

Don’t let the fact that this place is in a food court fool you. If you are looking for reasonably priced, wonderfully prepared fresh and delicious middle eastern cuisine and you are in the area, come here! The surroundings are bright and clean. The owner Ammen(?sp) obviously takes great pride in his restaurant. I had the falafel. It was delicious and just the way I remember it from some of the finest falafel stands in Jerusalem’s old cit =y(including the turnip, pickles and hot sauce. And they bake the pita right there, when you order. It comes to your table looking like a balloon. I could eat it all day long.

We ordered the juice cocktail and the paramount special to drink… So yummy! The meal starts with a free basket of pita bread which was hot and freshly made. The main entrée was chicken, beef, and lamb… Easily the best I’ve ever had! It was an expensive dish at the recommendation of the staff, but it was definitely worth every penny! The dessert was also amazing… I would definitely recommend this place for a change from the greasy, touristy good places near the falls.

I went with a group of 7 upon the recommendation of a member of the group. 5 adults and 2 kids in their early teens. Service was very friendly and efficient. The menu was extensive with a variety of middle eastern dishes. I did note there were very few«kid-friendly» dishes. After ordering, our food got to us quickly. I ordered the mixed grill — a combination of several dishes, because everything looked good and I was unable to decide. Were I hungrier, I would have been able to easily add additional items to my plate. The food was good, but not excellent. The staff continued to bring out fresh warm pita as we continued to finish it. The pita was good and we ate a lot of it. Noone in our party was dissatisfied with their dishes. If you’re hungry for middle eastern, I’d definitely say go for it.

We chose this place because we were looking for something fresh and not too greasy for dinner. We ordered the mixed family platter(for 4 adults) and had more than enough food. The meat was a little on the dry side but not bad, and the salad and other sides were delicious. The service here was excellent, and the servers were friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. For take out sandwiches, the wait was approximately 45 minutes and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all when we arrived. Also, they were out of stock of chicken shwarmas, beef shwarmas, and lamb shwarmas… all of their main staples. It’s unfortunate because I am usually a fan of the franchise… However I will definitely not be recommending this location to anyone in the near future.

First of all the service was amazing there butter chicken Pizza was very delicious and their salad with chicken shwarma was cooked just right also they would come back to us multiple times to check if we needed more water or need it more condiments you were always greeted with a smile and even the check out was really easy they have a mobile credit card machine that they bring just to your table so you don’t really have to wait to check out like all the other restaurants do. If you want something light and healthy do not hesitate to check this place out and I hope your experience is just as great as mine

A little confusing at first, we sat at a table we were assigned to, but did not realize we needed to order at the front. After a few minutes we got a waiters eye and it was explained to us. We ordered Kebbeh, fatoush, Kafta dinner with hummus, mini mixed grill with grilled tomatoes and onions, and Knaffee for dessert. Water, iced tea and fatoush came quickly. The dressing on the fatoush was fantastic. Veggies were pretty fresh. Would have rather had onions on it. But my wife doesn’t like them so it worked out great. Kebbeh were a little well done, as they burst before serving, but still very tasty. Let’s not forget the delicious warm puffy pita loaf. On to the main course… The Kafta was very nicely spiced and grilled to perfection. The shish taouk was very flavourful and tender. The striploin? Perfection. French fries were eh. My wife ordered rice and we were told when we ordered that there would be a wait. They brought her order with fries and the waiter explained they were on them as we wait for the rice. It came about 20 min after dinner, but hey they told us it would. Knaffee came in the middle of dinner and I sent it back(it is served warm) to yet after dinner. After finishing the delicious meal, came the Knaffee. Obviously microwaved… now twice. A little disappointing, and not enough honey. A very busy place with delicious food. A little understaffed, but they are trying very hard. With a little organization I think this will be my go to place for satisfying delicious nutritious food in Niagara Falls. I will come back in a month and see if I can give a better rating. Oh.and the price for all of this for the two of us? 62.37 with tax and tip. Worth it. I updated it to 5 stars, because on afterthought, even with the above issues, it’s still the best food we’ve had in this area. Kudos guys!
