Had a donut and apple fritter, which were both good. Hot chocolate was good. Coffee and latte were terrible, but we are coffee snobs.

Donuts because I felt like it. I don’t know if they are famous for their donuts but they weren’t a «to die for» donut. Maple cream(versus Boston cream). Nice creamy custard filling. Assortment of «Timbits»: donut holes. They were a little dry. Service was quick.

I don’t get the hype. Bland weak coffee. Turkey breakfast sandwich was overlooked/stale, nasty. Donuts were good, but I see no need to go back. Ever.

There selection is quite good for a small store. All drinks are very well priced. We got a x — large hot chocolate for just $ 2

The chili was really good, and we went back a second time, since it was dreary in Niagara Falls. The line was really long, both days that we went to Tim Horton’s, there were people with canes standing in the line. Seems like there should be more assistance for the disabled customers.

I was a bit surprised about the selection including wraps, tea biscuits, donunts, donut holes and much more in the food space. Coffee was also much cheaper than I expected with an extra large coming in at 1.91. This was my first Tim Horton’s experience so I had to try the famous coffee. Overall, the coffee fell below my expectations, It was fine but nothing great if you are a coffee lover. Just enough to pep you up to continue enjoying the falls. The frozen lemonade which is new on the menu was refreshing but more like ice and syrup. Overall, this is a good stop for a quick break or family meal. Nothing that would overtake a Dunkin, Caribou or Starbucks though.

Tim Hortons is always good – whether it is situated off the QEW, in a shopping mall, in the suburbs, or teetering on the edge of one of the world’s greatest natural wonders. I wish Tim Hortons would open a franchise in California – anywhere – I’ll travel to visit! There is something magical about their coffee, their mochas, and their donuts. And if you don’t feel like breakfast, you can warm yourself with a cup of their amazing soup! It is no wonder Starbucks hasn’t taken as big of a hold in our sister to the north. not with a Tim Hortons popping up every block(and always busy). Please keep up the good work. We look forward to our next international voyage to Canada, and will stay caffeinated with your help!

For anyone from the States, this place is like a Dunkin Donuts… consistent and cheap for breakfast or lunch There’s always a line but the staff are always very friendly. –Breakfast Sandwhich = decent -(New) Cheddar Bagel = Burnt but tasted like a milder Asiago cheese bagel. –S’more donut = Doesn’t taste like a s’more donut & wouldn’t recommend –Soup of the day = Cauliflower & cheese… tastes like broccoli & cheese but watered down –Their bottle peach passion juice was(obviously) chalked full of sugar but very good & saw more than one person order it.

This was our first visit to a Tim Hortons. Our buddy from the east coast told us it’s the east coast Starbucks. We found it to be much better, because Starbucks hot chocolate sucks, and this was delicious! The donuts were perfect. I never eat a whole donut, and eating only a bite or two was quite impossible! It was a chocolate glazed, the best I’ve ever had! The missing star is because the hot chocolate was so painfully hot that it could not be enjoyed at the same time as the donut. By the time it cooled off, we were not really in the mood. We’re Americans and used to less scalding hot beverages, y’know? So turn down the heat a bit. It’s cold outside, but we don’t want third-degree burns from sippin’ our cocoa. Overall, very impressed and wish we had these in California.

I’m writing about Tim Hortons, that’s correct. An out-of-country Friend visits and this Tim Hortons within Fallsview Casino was on the way to the Falls and we needed something to keep us warm while walking through the chilly night. There was a constant line up as it seems this is most likely the best value for the dollar(both US& Canadian) for some simple food & drink in this building. It was also nearby the Casino Bus Terminal where most people wait for their ride. We go up to the next cashier and order our drink. We then was asked to go to the side to wait but not from her but instead from the next cashier that took orders and made the orders as well doing double duty. There was no line for customers waiting for orders and we along with orders wait patiently to see if our drinks are ready. The items were just yelled out and placed on the table the same format as Starbucks therefore if you don’t pay attention, you will be getting someone else’s items while they wait forever standing randomly in one place while blocking other customers in line to ask for their orders.
