Tim Hortons

As far as Timmy’s goes, this location has never screwed up my coffee. The coffee never tastes burnt either. Their crew is super friendly and always joking around. I’ve never had a rude encounter either. It can be quite busy though because of it being right beside the highway and a major intersection. Never the less, I’ll drive the extra 2 minutes to get my coffee here because I know my coffee will be perfect every time.

Is there a rating of zero? This location is terrible — being a local they are ALWAYS out of stock — even running out of coffee multiple times?! We LOVE Tim Hortons but after visiting this location more than once. we are less than impressed. Very disappointed with the service, and the fact that they run out of stock — not to mention they have gotten our order wrong on multiple occassions as well :(Do NOT go to this location.

Wow, Tim Hortons is very popular and all over Toronto.
We order a few of the donuts, since we wanted a snack after or adventures at Niagara Falls.
I thought the donuts were very average, nothing stood out in my mind. It is a busy location and the service is not great.

Service at this location is hit or miss. The two young girls that served me were quite cheeky.
I placed my order of a vanilla bean latte. The girl halfway hands me a cup and then takes it back, saying «shoot…mumble mumble mumble». I assumed she got it wrong. She then procceeds to make and hand me a cold coffee drink– to which I am confused. I asked her if the vanilla bean latte was a cold drink? I thought maybe I ordered wrong? She responds with they come in both and I should be specific about what I want. I responded with I did not ask for a cold drink (its like –2 outside, woman!). Then she says, ill have to make it again. She hastly makes it, pushes the drink my way and leaves. rude!
I take a sip of the coffee, nasssty. I went right back in and asked for a remake. Luckily this time this nice young man served me, who was happy to make it properly.
While I was waiting for my drink I overheard the rude girl telling-​not asking– the customer she was serving to speak louder whole ordering because she had the drive thru headset over her head. Lol wow! #1 prize for customer service goes to this chick!

Busy busy location. Because there are so many people that dine here, it gets a little dirty. We stopped here on our way back to Buffalo. Conveniently located in front of a liquor store where I picked up international stamps and put my post card in the mail box out front :-) I love how Tim Hortons are everywhere, they’re easy and quick.
