Historic Davy House

We stayed at The Davy House exactly a year ago and loved the experience. Not only was the breakfast delicious, Flo and Jeff were wonderful at making us feel comfortable. Flo even gave me a tour of the vacant rooms upon check out. It was our first time to NOL and we appreciated the attentive hospitality and recommendations. I look forward to future stays! Thank you again.

We checked into a well appointed room on the first floor, just outside of a cozy living area with a TV and coffee bar. Flo was a very gracious host and gave us a tour and oral history of the house. We were greeted both mornings of our stay with a delicious gourmet breakfast promptly served at 9:00.
The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants in Niagara on the Lake.
I highly recommend this B&B.

I recently spent a long weekend at Niagara-​on-​the-​lake and was fortunate enough to get into the Davy House B&B! My room was first rate, the whole facility was clean and fresh — sometimes a difficult task for a historic home. Flo and Jeff were awesome innkeepers and make you feel at home. While there I took advantage of the hot tub and that was thoroughly refreshing — and again very clean!
So the bed was great, how about Breakfast? Well, lets say that was the best part of the stay, Jeff uses his vast experience to craft gourmet comfort food, while there, I had his take on an egg mcmuffin, french toast, and baked egg cup. Each meal was not only prepared excellently, the presentation was the best I experienced at this village. You can tell that Jeff and Flo take pride in their efforts. My favorite would have to be his French toast — all I can say is «Oh My!» If you are fortunate enough to stay at the Davy House, your stay won’t be complete without his french toast!
Finally, the B&B was convenient to the whole town and walks were great.
I clearly plan on returning to Niagara-​on-​the-​lake and will stay with Flo & Jeff if they have an opening!

Not sure why there is only one review here. It’s is our second trip to Davy House, and for my money… there is no other option in NOTL. Flo and Jeff run an outstanding B&B…clean, updates, super friendly and helpful… and by far the best breakfast you will ever eat anywhere.
We love the location… just one block off the main historic street and just around the corner from the Shaw Festival Theatre. Don’t waste your time looking for other places… just book here. Flo will provide wine tasting cards for you, make dinner reservations for you and really will take care of you. We love it here
