WHAT A DISASTER! One of the few times of eaten here we walk into a smoky restaurant being screamed at to leave. Apparently it was on fire… There was a grease fire in their fry vat. Ugh. Food presentation has always been sloppy here. The restaurant is usually disgustingly messy too. I’d rather not eat here personally. Scared sh! tless of walking into certain doom without warning again and just generally don’t like the place. The service is something to be mentioned. Not that I mind employers trying to hire disabled people but how is a person with down syndrome supposed to take your f’ing order! Took me like an hour to deal with this one(obviously), for lack of a better word, retarded lady. And it seems like most of the people who work there are fat, old, and dumb. Just a frustrating place to try and order from. Wait, there was ONE time that a normal woman served me… but the order ended up coming out wrong. Dear Wendy’s, in order to give good service you can’t just hire one reasonably smart person to take orders. The whole process has to include people who know how to speak, read, and think or else you might end up with situations like the one I experienced. Where the order probably went into the computer correctly but by the time it got to end of your semi-sentient line of workers making the food, it came out completely wrong. Correction: the drink was correct and the fries were there.
