I go to BP at least once per week for lunch and usually as a casual business lunch meting site. Staff respects that and serves as accordingly. Quick yet friendly service. Pasta Tuesdays are a great deal. Their pizzas are great, love the crust, and the pizza twist bread or whatever its called as multi grain and with ranch dip is killer! Quality and taste are consistent every visit. I get what I expect. I wish they served that Thai curry soup more often as it is fantastic. I don’t love any broccoli and cheese soups or french onion, my wife does though. Wish I knew the Thai soup day… grrr. Poor me :(Good parking, friendly staff and friendly owners on site most of the time. Reasonable price matched with quality. Kids love it too! it’s high on their list for going out. Have had many, many team events/year wind ups there over the years and they operate well under the pressure.

1st time we ordered from this location they forgot our chicken for our salads and when it finally arrived it was cold and dry, the manager delivered it to us only because I insisted that we should not have to wait 45 minutes for THEIR mistake, we got a couple of «free appy» coupons(big deal). Second time(we figured it may have just been a bad night, gave them a second chance) waited an hour and a half for a COLD $ 50.00 pizza that had to be warmed up by us in the oven so it was like eating leftovers, gross. Come on Boston Pizza, this location needs some MAJOR help. We will not be ordering from them again. WORSTEVER.

Oh Boston Pizza, you are the source of so many great inside jokes in my life. Stopped by here on my way home from the airport last week — why? Because literally no other pizza place was open on the north shore that I could find, and I wanted some damn pizza. If you order two medium or large pizzas for take out you get one of them for 50% off, so that’s what we did. One spicy perogy pizza(Because.obviously.) and one italian style. They smelled incredible, and the spicy perogy pizza as always did not disappoint. The italian was kinda weird, but we won’t hold it past them. I also just can’t get over using cheddar cheese on a pizza instead of mozzarella. It feels wrong to me. As far as the restaurant itself — it was clean, and of course decorated like every other Boston Pizza you’ve ever seen. The server was bizarre and at 11:30 p.m. at night he was the only one on but had tables literally in every corner of the restaurant. The inner server in me wanted to explain how sections work, efficiency blah blah blah, but I smiled and politely held by tongue. All in all some things never change — I would totally smash bandera bread and perogy pizza at midnight when I was 18 and apparently I still will at 28. And to my utmost pleasure, it still tastes exactly the same. Thanks for being open and letting me have my pizza fix, BP’s, you gem you.

Great meal, cool sports bar atmosphere. Pizza was tasty and chicken parm was flavorful. Prices very reasonable and the waitress aS super nice and very friendly. Highly recommend to give it a try.

Consistent, quality food and great service. Boston Pizza across the country never fails to be there for a great meal and a friendly staff. North Vancouver doesn’t miss out on the trend. Great food. Great service. No complaints.

An incredible night with 5 hopped up kids and a server on his toes, forget the Dirty Bird for a change and come home to Bo Pi #3.1415

Food was fine as expected — though the menu is getting tired at Bp in general. This location however just does not measure up to the service standards evident at other boston pizzas. It is just ok. For example, restaurant was not busy yet I had to ask for a pop refill, server only checked in on meals after 15 – 20 minutes rather than the expected 5 minutes — and asked«is everything still ok here» as if she had thought she had come and checked earlier. This is not the first time I have noticed this relative disinterest at this location so I think it is a symptom of poor management. Amazing how some restaurants forget about the simple things and fail to recognize that there is an impact on sales. That said, this was not bad service overall — just not as attentive as it should be. Management should check out the service at the king George location in Newton — I was there a few days ago and they did all the little things right.

Staff seem awkward and not really sure whats on the menu. I’m sitting here waiting for take out pizzas, its been 10 minutes and they still haven’t brought me my drink, which has already been paid for.

The kids love bugs n cheese. A staple every time we come. I really enjoy the family friendly areas away from the sports bar. The staff are awesome!

Did i not just watch a tv show where Jim blah blah, the owner of Boston Pizza say that when there is a problem in one of his businesses that he comes out and accounts for it, deals with it? I wonder how many people her feel they were treated accordingly after ‘eating’ at one of his restaurants.

Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant… Rudest manager I’ve seen at a restaurant. Never coming back. Holy sh*t…seriously ‘no star’ if I could give it.(these guys really should get rid of the cocky and rude manager if they want to improve ‘service’)

What a difference a few years makes! While this location is still far from being what I would consider to be perfect, they have made some great strides. While the tried and true items on the menu are still pretty much the same they have some fantastic special items in recent months. Recently they had shrimp and chicken tacos and a pulled pork sandwich as special items. I found all three of them to be of a very surprising quality for Boston Pizza. The staffing issues are still a curiosity to me, however. Why is it(and not just at this location) do they not have someone constantly staffing the front entrance? My last visit I ended up waiting almost ten minutes before someone finally noticed that I was out there and showed me to a table. Once at my table service was find but this is not the first, second or third time that no one has been out front for an extend period of time? I do understand that just about everywhere is trying to get by with as few people doing as much work as they can handle, but there has to be a limit.

Congratulations, Boston Pizza Marine Drive, you’ve earned my first one star review. I used to frequent this location with excellent service and great food that didn’t break the bank. Then there was a shift in staffing; service steadily degraded and I think they had new cooks for quite some time as kitchen mistakes were becoming the norm. Came here one night with friends and the place was rather quiet. They were eating, I wasn’t. I informed the waitress that while I wasn’t hungry, I was interested in enjoying several alcoholic beverages. I got my first drink and the food hit the table shortly thereafter. We had no additional service. None. The staff was so MIA, that you couldn’t even flag someone down between the table and the walk to the bathroom. We got the bill after my friends were staring at empty plates for a good ten minutes and my whopping one drink binge was over. While I’m normally rather generous and understanding when it comes to tipping, I left nothing for a tip and paid with exact change. Rather unfortunate for the waitress since I was there to treat my friends to a meal. The tip would have been great for her, especially if I had my Johnny Walker judgment going, and my friends had dessert. Even though I absolutely love the chocolate(s)explosion dessert, I will never return to this location.

Go here for pizza. It is good if you keep to the basics. Service could use an upgrade though.

My mother and I came here for dinner last night. There’s not much that I want to say beyond awful salad and bad service. Plus a wine list which seemed to consist solely of Jackson-Triggs. In future, I should probably stick the beer and pizza… but I don’t really think there will be a future visit.

A family oriented pizza restaurant, less greasy than Pizza Hut, lots of sports on the many TVs, pizza overall is pretty average but I liked the multi-grain crust option. Garlic twist bread is very popular with our 11 year old.
