Lots of topping. Gluten free base available. Prepared quickly and result was very tasty. Definitely will use again.

Fun Place. A different take on pizza for people who don’t take pizza too seriously. Good value.

Best crust ever! Worth a walk and bus ride, don’t blink or you’ll miss this place. Cute scary or goth like décor, very friendly and helpful staff and the GF pizza was divine, to die for… here for the SeaWheeze half from California and wanted pizza for pre race dinner. They did not disappoint and I totally wish they were in my town back in Cali! Great flavor all around!

The pizza is always great! Delivery is pretty quick. My only problem is they seem to never make enough of their tasty spicy ribs. The last 2 times I have ordered them they had run out, early in the day too. We ordered pizza tonight at 7pm on a Wednesday and they were out! Don’t they open at 5? Otherwise, delicious pizza!

Ate here last week after the owner commented on my first review. He’s right; the pizza was back to the quality and general deliciousness I experienced on my first couple of visits. Along with pizza I also tried the wings; pretty good. Not Mind-blowing, but as good as any other pizza place out there. The main event is still the pizza — when it’s good — it’s really good.

I’ve been looking for my new favourite pizza joint on the shore and I found it. Not the cheapest place but hey, nothing in Van is. Fresh toppings, thin crust and still hot when delivered. Customer service was top shelf from the guy that took my order to the guy that delivered it. Well done. I’ll be back

Passed by this place on the Lonsdale bus and knew I had to check it out. In California where I’m from, build your own pizza places are a dime a dozen. But now that I’m home, I know I’m going to crave some Hell. There’s a cool vibe in there. A couple tables, a super comfy couch and some hell-themed décor like a pinball machine and a skeleton just chillin’. They offer 2 sizes of pizza and have a ton of suggested combinations that you can order. I got the Mordor on recommendation from the staff, but since I don’t eat swine they let me take off the pepperoni and bacon and substitute anchovies. I got the snack size, and was filled up, but the regular size is apparently popular and good for 1 or more people. After I ordered, I heard a girl at the table behind me say«Ohhh I got the spicy one!» and saw the sign on the wall for Pizza Roulette. The idea of roulette is that they’ll make one slice extremely spicy, and not tell you which it is. This is great for the adventurous foodie like myself. My Mordor was EXCELLENT. The anchovies really complimented the flavor — smoky barbecue and savory as hell.(Pun intended.) I ended up getting the roulette slice as my first bite, but it was so good and had some serious heat.(Note: if you get it on the first slice, don’t throw a fit! That’s how roulette works.) From California, I miss you Hell.

Delivery was 45 minutes late, arrived with cold pizza that tasted like cardboard, the quality was horrible, even a decent pizza still tastes ok cold, this was an absolute waste of money. I have no idea why the reviews are so good. The person who we called to complain to offered us 50% off our next order. There will never be a «next order» this was worse than fresh slice that has sat in the warmer for 6 hours. So disappointed. Was really looking forward to ‘gourmet’ pizza.

Lots of great choices. I’ve tried 2 of their pizzas, their wedges and Bat Wings and they were all good. So until I find something better in North Van, they’re my go-to place!

Really good pizza! I had the one with a pickle on it and it was fantastic! I am a celiac sufferer so I ordered the gluten free crust. I did get sick the next day… Not sure if it was the dough that got cross contaminated or if it was something else but I still ate the left overs the next day because it was that good!

Hardest thing about moving is finding your new favorite pizza place. I will be giving them a second go to see if this is it. The first pizza I ordered was overtopped and soggy, when I called the owner apologized, explained that he was training two new staff, and less than 30 minutes later I had a new, properly topped pizza, cooked to perfection. Overall I would give there pizza a 4/5, definitely the best I’ve found on the shore. Props to the owner for good and attentive customer service, that is a virtue hard to find in business now a days. Also, they have a wide selection of unique pizza’s, if your tired of your standard combo and Hawaiian pizzas, give Hell Pizza a try!

Mediocre pizza. Bready dough. It’s not bad really, but doesn’t deserve the current 4 stars. The ghoulish décor is tacky, which is a sign they put more effort into the ‘hell’ theme instead of focussing on making the best pie in the land. I won’t go back. There’s better pie in town.

Got a 16″ Lust with Sweet Chili, pretty damn good. At $ 19 wasn’t cheap, but fed 3 guys with an order of wings on the side. –1 Star for not having the deep fryer on, and having to wait half an hour for the wings.

As far as pizza goes it is really good, tastes better than most of the chains and has some interesting combinations of toppings. Delivery is always quick and always hot. Only drawback is they are sometimes a little skimpy on toppings. Really like the dessert pizzas!

I’m very glad I found this place! Vegan pizza without that nasty daiya cheese! I like the use of re fried beans on the pizza too! And the crust is pretty awesome too :) I usually get the sinister with corn, spinach, fire roasted tomatoes, avocado and jalepenos! Go get some!

I’ll start off by saying I consider my self a pizza connoisseur, with that being said. how in the HELL does this place have such a high rating? After driving past this pizza joint several times I decided to order last night. I was quite excited and anticipated a delicious experience however I was mistaken. I order 1 Lust and 1 Cursed. The lust was horrible, there was almost no sauce what so ever and there were parts of the pizza that wern’t even covered in cheese or toppings at all!!! I would compare it to a 5 $ little ceasars take out special. The greed was a little bit better, at first glance it looked promising, interesting choice of toppings, but again this one had big globs of cheese in random places and the rest of the za was left uncovered. The crust was lack luster and almost seemed under cooked. I paid $ 35 for this. The«hell» theme is fun but this pizza is seriously bad. Maybe it was an off night maybe it was a new cook but if this is what pizza tastes like in hell lord forgive me. 1 Star for quick delivery.

If the path to paradise begins in hell, then starting here ain’t so bad. After all, its a New Zealand chain so how bad could hell truly be? I mean they have a fart tax, and say things like«I’m Happy as Larry” – who’s Larry?(whisper*.Satan?) However, I’m ultimately with Poe who said our sad humanity often resembles hell, and so I ironically choose to find my saturday night paradise in a place called Hell Pizza. Several sins tempted me I must say, but in the end I opted for only one sin, Greed, and two of the gore-met pizzas aptly named the Grimm, and the Cursed. Greed unfortunately turned out to be just that… a fizzled lust for a Hawaiian pizza that was boring and not tasty… I guess I shouldn’t be so darn greedy. Although, there was nothing grim about the Grimm. The combo of chicken, apricot sauce, cream cheese, rosemary and pinenuts was weird but wonderful… and what can I say about the Cursed pizza, but *&^!#@! —It was a revelation. Chicken, bacon, ham, pickles, honey mustard and onions with smoked cheddar? It was like a hot new york deli pie. Curse me baby! Screw the sin side of the menu… I’m down with the Gore-met side… that is where hell truly becomes glorious and sacrilicious. Next time I’m going in for Limbo or even some Pandemonium. Better get some fresh knickers… and put on some Metal. Abandon health food, all ye who enter here.

Pizza that will take you to heaven… So good you’ll just die! There aren’t many places that I can say I really enjoy as it’s always a mystery if what they say is gluten free will cause me problems! I am gluten free vegetarian, and the options at Hell Pizza are just heavenly! The gluten free crust option is amazing — I do ask them to double bake the crust as I love the extra crunch… Our two favourites are: Purgatory with olives and definitely don’t forget the Forked Tongue spicy sauce — it’s not the same without it. Pride with olives, garlic, feta & jalapeño — with of course the Forked Tongue spice sauce. Now you know my guilty secrets…

It’s not a place to sit and eat pizza with only two tables that seat four and three people and is intended for takeout. It’s a little more expensive than some however you get what you pay for It’s excellent gourmet pizza with sinful themes like Lust and Gluttony which are my favourites so far. A great feature is you can get Coke in a glass bottle, the best way to drink it. It’s a long drive for me to go there but it is worth it!

I’ll keep this review short & sweet, because there’s not much to be said. When I first moved to North Vancouver about a year ago, there was a much bigger sit-down space, but now they’ve downsized into more of a take-out only spot(with just one table). Kind of a shame, because I like the over-the-top and fun decorations and extremely friendly staff, including some Antipodeans, of course!(the«hell pizza» chain is a kiwi export). Hell Pizza is a little pricey for pizza, but its oh-so-worth it. Amazing, delicious pizza. Unique ingredient combinations. Seriously, you guys, their pizza is so good that I actually talked about it for several days afterwards the first time I went… and was soon back for more. Best pizza I’ve had on the north shore, hands down.
