Polite, professional service. Standard food. Servers are very nice and the place is kept clean and tidy. I’d be back.

Wow, big big surprise, was not expecting this to be soo good here, especially a freaking hotel restaurant! The western burger, delicious. What a perfect way to welcome in tired and weary guests — It was a shock of flavor for me.

Okay this place was way too disappointing. I understand that it was a busy morning but we were seated and it took us 1 hour to even order food. We didn’t even had a waiter that came to check in with us or anything. There was one lady that I thought was going to be our waiter, she was helping another family and seemed rather rude and impatient. Then she came and helped us and apologised and gave us excused of why she couldn’t at least check in with is. After we ordered the wait was also long. we still didn’t get checked up on. The food was not that great. The menu made it seem like the portions were big but nope. Pretty sure my 10 year old brother could have fried some eggs and bacon and sausages at home for free. Save your money and go somewhere in the city if you’re visiting Vancouver.

Food was top notch, a creative selection of menu offerings, and the service was quick. The prices were low considering the quality of the meal. We were very satisfied and will likely go back.

good buffet in the restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful. I feel that management may need to add a few more staff to help out on weekends though. I felt bad for the waitresses being run off their feet with too many tables to look after. I left a really big tip just to let my waitress know I appreciated her hard work. Some clients may feel they get bad service when it’s busy, but I also think mgmt is trying to save a few sheckles at their expense. Either way, I will return for good food/service.

My awesome boyfriend and I dropped by at 1pm to abuse a 2-for-1 entrée deal he clipped from the north van newspaper. He chose the fish & chips(huge portion) and I initially something which disqualified the coupon so I settled on the new pulled pork skillet with pumpkin seed bread. My meal was fantastic and the toast was yummy. I had the two eggs on the side(and my boyfriend ate them) as it seems I’m allergic to the yokes. Just enough food. My boyfriend’s fish and chips consisted as two very large fried fish portions, a mass of fries and a heap of apple coleslaw with a tiny portion of tartar sauce. A great waitress and a fab time.

We came in for breakfast. It was moderately busy. I thought I ordered my toast dry but it came with butter. The server brought out a plate for the new toast but the toast never came out. Our shredded hash browns were cooked improperly: crunchy over cooked bits but mostly dry, white and undercooked. The server said that is the way they are supposed to be but was helpful in bringing a plate of hash brown cubes from the buffet, though they were mushy & had bits of egg in them(probably from someone using the wrong serving spoon). Half way through my vegetarian omelette I found a piece of ham. Not cool especially being a former vegetarian, but I didn’t want to complain again. No discount was taken from the bill. Two different staff members were seen leaving the kitchen chewing food. Obviously they were eating in the back which is a no no(food safe). This is our second time trying this restaurant. The first time we had great service but poor quality, overpriced lunch food. We won’t be going back.
