I came into Jacob looking for a petite suit jacket as it seems to be hard to find something that is not overpriced and looks good on me. The manager happened to be working and was very helpful!
Turns out we even shared the same interest and what I was looking for to wear it to she could relate! This made finding the perfect and right outfit that much easier!
There was an awesome additional 60% off section in the back where I found a dress for $ 16! I couldn’t resist plus I am down two dress sizes so it was time for a new dress!
I can not relate to the previous review as my experience was completely different! I even got my clothes steamed before I left. One happy customer!

The Jacob at Fariview mall isn’t that large. Plus the staff weren’t helpful at all. I was wandering through, looking for some turtlenecks & cardigans. The place looked like a ghost town. The only staff I could see was at the cashier’s desk. Needless to say, I grabbed a few things to try but didn’t find what I wanted. So I quickly high tailed it out of there.
