Wish I could give it less.
We went into this location looking for a sofa and actually purchased it. Well ark east we thought we did.
After spending an hour doing paperwork, setting up delivery and then cashing out we were relatively pleased. We heard some less than pleasant opinions on Structube but we’re giving it a chance. We left the store had lunch, did grocery shopping and then received a call. It was the sales person. Apparently he forgot to check the inventory. The sofa was not available. To make things worse he then insisted we drive all the way back so he could issue a refund on our credit card because he «couldn’t» do it over the phone. I’m not in retail (my partner is) and even I knew that was bs.
But wait. There’s more…
I probably wouldn’t have even placed this review 3 weeks later if they didn’t decide to send me spam emails today. I was told they needed my email address so they could send me my receipt and for the delivery company to better coordinate. After checking that it wasn’t going to be used for marketing material I provided it and then was handed an paper invoice.

This was my 2^nd purchase from Structube but my first time at this store. Chris was extremely helpful and I bought a sectional couch for my mothers house. My mother could only accept delivery on Saturday morning between 8−10am and Chris promised he would make it happen. At 9am, my mom got a call from the delivery company and they said they were outside. Not only did they deliver the sectional into her living room but they also moved her other couch into the basement.
I have read other reviews where people have had issues at the stores. My advice is to find an experienced salesperson and ask them for help!

Bought two small pieces from here 8 years ago, both are still used every day. I find them well built, thoughtfully designed, practical and stylish. It is nice to have furniture that is pleasing to look at and touch.

Bought a chair for $ 400 for my home office from this location (as a gift to myself after a promotion). I only spend about 1 day a week in the home office. In 1.5 years, the synthetic leather in the chair totally fell apart. Conveniently the warranty was only 1 year. Structube personnel at this location and the head office refused to do anything even after repeated attempts at contacting them. I would’ve expected a $ 400 chair to last at least ten years when used only once a week. My previous $ 80 Staples chair lasted more than 8 years.
Structube: poor quality expensive furniture — although it is good looking — just don’t expect it to last.

This is one of the most spacious Structube’s showroom in the area. Location is really convenient if you are taking public transit as it is right on the subway line. But if you are driving, there are meter parking available.
For bigger purchase, the loading dock is right at the back of the store.
The staff here is nice and cheerful. Even helping us load our purchase into our vehicle!

Just wanted to express how great the Manager, Chris was. We are a business up the street from Structube and had called Chris with a problem with one of our chairs that we had purchased from their store. Chris came to assess our problem right away (within minutes!!!) and took the chair with him to their store to fix the problem for us. We received our chair back within two days feeling and looking brand new! He then went even a step further and brought our other chair back to the store to make sure it was functioning properly. Chris and his colleagues went up and beyond our expectations and should be recognized for it. We haven’t seen that great of customer service in a while, it was refreshing. I do not know how this place stays open they have the ugliest furniture and the most awkward looking. I never see anybody in here and I don’t even want to go in there myself so they should close down and let a little nice restaurant or café replace them.

If you are looking for modern furniture this is the place to go.
You’ll notice the price tags are quite a bit more expensive than most places, however, quality and design of the goods is justified for the cost.
Almost everything in my room is from StrucTube.
If you’re cash strapped, just stick with Ikea.
