The only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because I’m very pleased with my laser hair removal results. That being said, I would not buy anymore packages unless you purchase off of groupon or when they have their 2 for 1 package sales. Reason for this is because the owner/​manager of this location is incredibly rude and unprofessional! She’s speaks to her staff as if they are stupid, disobeying children while there are costumers present. I can only imagine what she says behind closed doors. She very rude on the telephone and on person. When she calls to confirm an appointment or even when booking one in person it’s as if you are such a bother to her. Would it kill her to even pretend to like people? With all that being said the rest of the staff I’ve interacted with are great. They are very pleasant and very accommodating. I may reconsider my review if the management ever improves.

I went for my 3^rd laser hair treatment. I was lying on this wobbly bed and during my treatment, I fell and tipped the bed over. While the lady was rubbing the gel on my legs, the bed started to shake. In general, the bed kept shaking each time she’d work on the certain areas. IT was weird, the first two times I’ve had my sessions on the bed, I never had any problems.
I had to go to a different room and even the other bed was unsafe. Also, apparently, people falling off the bed happens quite often. Yet, they still decide to keep this wobbly bed.
My sister was sitting outside waiting for me, and noticed a customer that came in all upset over her appointment because this place booked the wrong time.
The manager ended up giving her a complimentary facial for her next visit. wtf
I never got anything! The lady and the manager kept asking if I was ok but never offered anything to me. I guess this place likes to pick and choose which clients they like to satisfy more.
Horrible customer service and dangerous, unsecured beds. You’re better off somewhere else.
