Sobeys

Oh, I just love this grocery store! This is the closest spot to my new place (though really, there’s 3 more grocery stores in a five minute radius!), and I’m happy about it. I’ve never been close to a Sobey’s before, and didn’t know what I was missing.
Yes, it’s pricier than Food Basics, or No Frills, but I can understand why. The food here is super fresh. The produce is lovely, they have a HUGE cheese counter, a big to-​go counter with beautiful salads and other dinner and lunch options. The meat selection is awesome as well, as is the fish counter.
There’s a small pharmacy section, and lots of natural food choices.
As I mentioned, it’s pricier than other places, but I really love to selection here, and it’s a great spot for someone who often cooks for one.
