Alberta thanks you for looking after the truckers . What is cost for new window? Sorry you had one of Trudeau’s supporters cause a problem.

Just got served day old chicken, didn’t make a fuss about it because I won’t be back. Music choice was non-fitting. Only entertainment I got was the drunk trying to cross the street.

The shawarma is decent — nothing great and nothing bad. It will fill your stomach on the cheap. Good to stop, get a bite and carry on.

So on the night of the Breaking Bad story arc finale, I made a quick stop at the 3 Brothers. I really would have preferred Los Pollos Hermanos. You know that there is no way Gus Fring was putting weak product out there. Basically the chicken is 96% pure. I guess I am dating myself when I read Coy’s review: «this place really should be called 3 Brothers Express as I think it’s intended for you to get your shawarma and walk your drunk ass to the cab or down the street instead of loitering around that place!» When I was a young drunk ass punk, all the shawarma shops where on the Quebec side and the setup was for you to get your shawarma and walk your drunk ass to the cab stand. What drew me into 3 brothers was their boast of the«best poutine in Ottawa». Unfortunately the poutine in not made with the attention to detail that would please a stickler like Walter White. The poutine was totally sub-par. If your claim is the best poutine in Ottawa, and it’s consummately meh — why should I even bother with your shawarma? On another note, Los Pollos Hermanos, is a really burger joint called Twisters. How is it possible that it only 9 reviews! Cmon Man!

This place used to make a damn good shawarma. I honestly do not know what is going on with the whole 3 Brothers thing, it looks like these brothers took over The Garlic Corner and Marroush? Frankly, I don’t like what these brothers have done to my precious Garlic Corner. This place serves free shisha Mondays and Sundays which is cool, you do have to buy something though. They also serve ridiculously cheap booze, $ 4 for a bottle of Coors. If you’re on a budget, pre-drinking here might be a good option. The food here has gone downhill. This is the second time I’ve ordered a shawarma from here only to find the ingredients are old. The lettuce they put on my shawarma was brown, they were soooo stingy on the garlic sauce, and it was $ 6, slightly more than most other shawarma places charge for a small. To top that off, the dude toasted it for way too long and it tasted burnt and there was tin foil stuck to it. Not to mention the guy that served my shawarma was grouchy and so was this other older dude cleaning the store. Save your cash and walk over to Shawarma Palace, where you’ll receive perfect shawarma and excellent service.

I enjoyed this place ! I didn’t eat here BUT I’ve been here twice for shisha … I’m not sure if this is the only shisha place in Ottawa but it was the only one we could fond in the market. It’s big, good for groups and enough seating that if you didn’t want to eat near smoke… You have options. Shisha does not have tobacco in it ! –I believe the flavours were apple(taste the best), grape, passion fruit(taste like licorice) and some others, you get two coals and it costs 10 $ This place is open until 4:30am so if you have nothing else to do check it out ! –eat something.

Solid chicken shwarma. The chicken shwarma salad and sandwich platters only have a medium amount of food in my opinion given they are $ 12. I have had better shwarma elsewhere and better value elsewhere, but wouldn’t mind eating here again relative to other casual and pricey options in the area.

I feel like I could copy and paste my Garlic Corner review into this place. This place re-opened a few months back as 3 Brothers and looks identical to the old place. It’s not great but not horrible either. I’d recommend this place over any of the late night drunken spots in Byward. The Shawarma is fantastic then. There’s not many things better than grilled meat after a night out. I’ve tried the poutine here to. They use legit ingredients, especially cheese curds but the fries aren’t the best. I wish they were a bit crispier and less mushy. Definitely a drunken pit stop! Again come by for some shisha or cheap booze throughout the day though!
