great clinic and great VARIETY of services. Very prompt for appointments. I have only witnessed one time where Dr Kely Norman was running 10 minutes behind schedule. Dr Norman is a mother and she lived through the same problems first-​hand. She was gentle with her approach. During the second visit, you have to watch a 45 minute informational video on chiro which goes to show how much she cares about educating clients/​patients. Westboro is great neighborhood too.
The secretaries are great too and welcoming. They offer stroller locks as you can not enter inside with them. I didnt meet anyone else from the team but it is a very large team with different areas of expertise. They offer email receipts too and if not mistaken email appointment reminders.
The only issue I would say is parking as it is a very busy place. There is underground parking for a fee or you can park on the street which can sometimes be too full. There is also a other local stores and Shoppers near by.

Excellent care! If you have an appointment, you will almost never have to wait. If you need an emergency appointment (throw your back out), they fit you in immediately. They’ve been fantastic for the five years I’ve going to them.
