The business owner and her daughter who run this store are fantastic people! I love them and I cannot rave enough about this precious little store. They are really sweet and always offer my shy little pup and treat when we stop in for some plants or flowers.
She is extremely knowledgeable and will really take her time with you selecting a plant that will be good for your home. On one occasion, I was looking for a plant she did not have in store and she brought it into the store from her home for me. She is so pleasant and really lovely and I enjoy supporting her and her business.

I’ve always found the staff here to be really knowledgeable and courteous. I’ve walked in off the street and asked for a apartment-​warming gift idea. The lady didn’t just suggest something she asked questions about which direction the apartment faced, how often my friend is home and how much light she’d get before she suggested a plant I never thought of purchasing.
Their prices are reasonable for plants. I first thought their prices were a bit high for floral arrangements until my friend took a photo of what I had spent money on and had delivered. I was quite impressed with their work.
I also had an arrangement sent to me but I was out of town for the weekend. The woman working there contacted me and even stayed late on the day I was to return to Ottawa to keep the store open so I could pick it up as it couldn’t be delivered.
I’ve not used my flower or plant shops in Ottawa and I suspect I won’t be using too many other ones than this one.
