Clean Freaks

The CleanFreaks came to my house today to clean my upholstery. They were on time, extremely thorough in their cleaning and very respectful of my flooring. I would highly recommend their service.
I contacted CleanFreaks using email and was able to find a suitable date and time quite quickly. Very impressed with how fast they returned my email.
I had a sofa, large chair, office chair, two ottomans and eight dining room chairs cleaned (the sofa was a last minute addition which Stephen was able to accommodate). Stephen warned me before starting that he may not be able to get all the stains out. He took his time and was incredibly thorough.
The furniture looks great — the dining room chairs look like new. The best part is that he used a green, truly scent-​free product. I have asthma and was worried about perfumed products. No asthma issues — the furniture is clean but not perfumed.

I had a much better experience with Clean Freaks than G.C.
I had four dining chairs, a sofa, and two arm chairs to have cleaned. I rec’d a quote before Stephen arrived. I was very pleased with the price of $ 300.
He warned me in advance that he was running late and arrived as per the new time.
I was also told about how there’s no guarantee that everything’s going to be stain free.
He took a long time but did a lot of work. All my chairs looked much better than before the cleaning.
Seeing the positive results, I asked Stephen if he could add another arm chair. He was happy to do it for a few more bucks.

My roommate and I had a less than ideal experience with this company.
Our first interaction was over the phone, we called twice and they were unable to confirm a time as they did not have their calendar available. We had them booked for 4 hours however they said that they were running late and would only be able to stay for 2 so they brought another cleaner and had 2 cleaners instead of 1. This would have been no problem however they proclaimed that they were done after 1.5 hours and when we asked them to clean the second bathroom they refused, stating that they did not have enough time. In terms of what they actually did clean, it was not well done. They missed many spots in the kitchen and the bathroom floor was not cleaned at all, and they missed «hard to reach» spots behind the toilet, door etc. They had somewhat cleaned the windows but only did the bottom half of them. instead of using a stool or chair to reach the top parts they just ignored them all together and the windex spray that had been used but not wiped was very visible after they failed to clean the top part of the windows. All in all, there is definitely lots of room for improvement
