Worst service ever food is blan at best and they think they are still in the 90s. WIsh the GIANT Tomato falls directly on the owners heads from above the door where it hamgs. wake up !

Called to make reservations for the backroom, one/​two week in advance for a birthday party on a Saturday. Was told they do not take reservations between 5 and 9. Disappointing but somewhat understandable– I asked weather I should just come early to reserve a table/​backroom and was told it was fine.
Worried I would have 18 guest stranded in the cold, I called again today to get an idea on how early I should be there so that I can make sure I get a table. I was told that they would NOT be able to accommodate us and that the backroom is already RESERVED. Confused I ask how the backroom is reserved when I was specifically told it could not be, and the man (I assume manager) informed me that they take reservations at 5pm.
I feel that this may have been a important piece of information useful to me and my guest the first time I called — I would have been happy to RESERVE the backroom at 5 instead of 6 so that we had it. Manager had a tone that this was entirely my fault, did not seem to care that a large party was looking to dine in his restaurant and with that, I have decided to never dine at this east sides again.
FYI, if you want to make reservations there — I suppose you must make them for 4:59PM and be specific — but I suggest you go elsewhere.
I was lucky to find a reservation elsewhere — and they were very pleased to have such a large party.

East Side Mario’s. One word describes my visit. Disappointment.
I have not been to one of these places in years. I recall getting huge portions, but not at this location. We arrived at 1:00 pm on a Monday. We noted that there were not many cars in the parking lot, which created some uncertainty. We should have driven next door to Moxy’s where the lot was full.
I was with three friends and we all ordered water for our drinks. The waiter seemed disappointed. They did have a pricy lunch menu which we all ordered from. I thought the prices are probably justified if they give large portions. I ordered a $ 12.00 turkey club sandwich with fries.
When it arrived I could not believe what was served. Two pieces of toast, with three thin slices of turkey cold cuts, one piece of bacon, two paper thin slices of a tomato, and some lettuce. The entire club sandwich was not even one inch thick!
The fries were cheep frozen fries that you would get at any discount grocery store. Dry and little flavor.
My recommendation: avoid this place!

This place looks nice & clean. It is a fairly new location.
The host at the entrance was pleasant.
The service at this location is slow.
We went there around 8PM on a Tuesday and it was not very busy. Around 10 people in the entire restaurant. We were greeted right away when we got there but it took about 15 minutes before we would see anyone else. The food came out quickly but no one came to check how the food was. After the meal we were simply asked if we wanted everything on one bill and not asked if we wanted anything else.
