I decided to visit this clinic after reading reviews online. Everything was positive so I gave it a shot. I used the online form to request a visit and within 2 business days was emailed back with an explanation of cost, the name of the doctor who I would visit and a confirmation for my requested time.
The clinic itself is quite large and well staffed. I was taken care of quickly at the front desk. The waiting area is spacious and bright.
Overall I found the experience to be very friendly and professional. I was satisfied that the correct tests were being done by highly trained individuals. The majority of my exam was conducted by an intern who was very professional and friendly. The doctor came at the end of my examination and reviewed all of the interns results, took an extra look at my eyes, and then conducted a mini lesson where he asked her for her recommendations and justifications. When I was allowed to ask questions he allowed her to try first and then added his commentary. Great to see that these doctors are dedicated to training others and very involved.
They also have a large selection of frames available for purchase and staff who will make adjustments and repairs to your current glasses, free of charge, regardless of whether or not you purchased them elsewhere.
Happy to have found this office and I will be recommending it to anybody who asks.
