Honestly, the waitress gave me a really good service, but the food wasn’t delicious. It cost me 35 $ for Bruschetta and the Twisted pasta, chicken and cheese which is quite expensive. And we had to return a plate to the kitchen, because it was really cold. I will probably not return to that place.

It’s a piece of history most likely(due to close up on 1 September I hear), but the memorabilia is scattered, but still have some cool stuff to look at.

I’ve been here more than once, and always had a reasonable experience. Service is decent, food is good(not amazing, but good). Its a huge restaurant so there tends to be room for you. The nachos were pretty good and decent size. Good for 4 I would say. Menu has a good variety of choices. Service is friendly and good. I like it, and would go back.

Good food, great rock and roll décor. Extremely noisy atmosphere.

I had very high expectations for this place as you always hear about«The Hard Rock», but I had never been to one. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The décor was outdated, felt like it was run-down. I really felt like it was a «Hard Rock» for the sake of being a Hard Rock — I don’t feel like it really captured what a Hard Rock is supposed to be; I felt like it was a low-rent knockoff of what it should have been. Once you get past the initial missing of expectations, the food itself was really good(beef fajitas), but it was no better than any other«family» restaurant would be. I feel like I’ve «been there done that» now, I have little desire to return.

We went here on vacation. It was the first time I had been to a Hard Rock. I ordered the Twisted Mac Cheese & Chicken and it was awesome! Very hot, nice and spicy and creamy. So tasty! My partner had the local legend burger, which he said was one of the best burgers he ever had. The service was pretty good, although our waitress didn’t know anything about the beers they had when we asked her. Luckily, as it turned out we got what each other would have liked and traded. Our meal was fairly expensive, but it’s pretty much what we expected. The staff was very nice. I love beer and rock music so it was the perfect fit for me!

I’ve been to other Hard Rock Cafes and they were pretty good. This one however had slow service and dry food. It was almost dead when we went in, so you would think that service would be quick, but it definitely was not! Our server was also very rude! I was not impressed with this one.

I’ve been here a few times for appetizers and drinks. The food is usually well-portioned, but mediocre in flavour, and I find it a bit more on the expensive side in terms of value. The restaurant itself has a great location — right in the middle of the Market, but it just doesn’t seem to be too popular. I went here for St. Patrick’s Day once for green beers, and you would think that every bar in the city would be packed, but this place was completely empty, as was every night I’ve been there. It has two floors and can accommodate large crowds, with many tables and TVs for watching sports. Although, realistically, from an environmental and economical standpoint, I personally think it’s a waste of money and energy to have both floors open since the place is so large and never seems to be busy.

This seems like a odd place to have a Hard Rock since my impression of Ottawa was being that of a sleepy town. Still the market place that the café is located in is fun to go to and the café itself is what you come to expect from the restaurant chain so if you are a fan of it that is good if not it may be ho hum. Same merchandise and food as all of the other locations.
