Went to the KFC (aka Kentucky Fried Chicken) in the food court at St. Laurent Shopping Centre, here in Ottawa, on 15^th March 2015 to grab a quick bite of supper. Disappointed once again by the service.
The misogynistic staff and management doles out free soft drinks and free extra chicken thighs to their friends yet when I asked for the same free chicken thigh I was told I have to pay extra! This evening the staff member gave his «new buddy», a kid he met for the first time that night judging by the conversation I overheard them loudly hold while I was waiting for my food, a whopping big chicken thigh.
Unfortunately for me this location is the most convenient for my Tuesday schedule.

What can I say? If you want to be glued to the toilet seats then this kid your place. With the grade f meat to the nasty bland taste I would never recommended anyone to eat here. Super gross. They have nothing that I would ever want to eat and I haven’t had taco hell– I mean Taco Bell in years and years and I don’t think I ever will again.
Do yourself a favour and buy the ingredients and make your own Mexican food. I’m serious. Keep away. Far away or after you eat this food make a trip to shoppers and stock up on toilet paper. Your gonna need it. Lol

This is the KFC-Taco Bell in St. Laurent Mall.
Service was slow for the usually busy dinner period. The chicken sandwich was stale. The fries were fresh but unsalted. The cashier tried to stuff everything into one bag that was obviously too small.
Overall, could have been better.
