Have been looking for hiking boots in several different stores and thought I’d give ROOTS St. Laurent location a try (I was in the mall on another errand).
The young man that served me was polite, and well spoken and very helpful. Unfortunately due to the way Roots hides the size of their boots we couldn’t figure out if you had anything in my size. I wear men’s boots cause I have wide feet and it seems very few corporations carry anything that was not created for very tiny Asian feet.
Roots — please make the labels on your boots easier to read. AND Maybe think about getting wide sizes so that North Americans don’t have to deform their feet!

Went in there one year to look around. Walk out without buying anything. Heard a «whipping sound» from one of the cashiers as an direct insult for not buying anything there. The staff working there seem to be two-​faced, lazy, and snobby. Heard a lady demanding her money back, and the cashier walks away from her cash register. Angry lady just stands there red-​faced. Where’s the mall cops when you need them?
