Remember that high school job that you had growing up as a teenager? Remember how every customer was«just – like – totally – annoying, and like, how – dare – you – interrupt me while I am talking to my totally cool coworker!» That is what this location reminded me off. The mall was pretty packed tonight, and it was the day before Valentines day which lead a lot of couples to the mall this Wednesday evening. Where did all the couples go? We’ll to Laura Secord of course! Stopped in at 8:00 and got a single scoop of french crisp in a cup, and the hubby got the triple truffle in a cone. We’ll the employee decided to start venting to us about how long of a day shes been having, and how it has been so busy, and everybody keeps asking her questions, and how she cannot wait for the store to close at 9:00 and la la la la la! 1. I guess I feel honored that she wanted to pour out her feelings to us. 2. The ice cream was melting so much on the hubby’s cone that it ran all down her hands, so she recommended this scoop in the cup. So she takes the ice cream which is still on the cone, flips it upside down, puts it in a cup, and says«I will give you a spoon so you can try and salvage the ice cream that is stuck inside the cone.» For premium ice cream, it was rich, and creamy, which is why I just have to give it at least 3 stars. Love how they put all scoops in Styrofoam drinking cups – NOT! Customer service needs work, especially from that employee. Maybe she should take yoga classes?
