Staffs were very friendly yet professional and accommodating.
I made sort of a last minute appointment and they managed to take me.
Very clean and nice atmosphere and it smelt so nice in there!
I’ve been searching for a good salon in west end and I think this is the one.
I don’t get a hair cut often but I’m sure I’ll be back for next one.

I was first introduced to Luxe Spa by a girlfriend who had purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. We were both accustomed to the service itself and often went to a nearby chain salon when we needed a ‘refresh’. Being close, we often compared our stories of hot wax, and awkward moments, thinking this was the norm. Luckily, it was not!
Once my girlfriend got back from her Groupon experience at Luxe, she vowed never to enter another salon again! Obviously curious about what I was missing, I booked my appointment to find out what the hype was all about. Turns out I was missing everything. The friendly service, professionalism, and maintenance price, has made me a lifelong customer. Now, I walk in and am greeted by name!
I have read some other reviews and I have no idea what they were talking about.
Samantha is the absolute best!
She is fast friendly and meticulous.
Love this place and you will too.

Excellent service!
I had my hair done here and I never know what I want, however the hairdresser did a phenomenal job! She washed my hair twice (which was nice!) And instead of creating layers with the regular tool, she took each layer one by one, cutting each differently and the results were amazing! Everyone is super friendly and I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Overpriced bad service. Never again…
For the hair:
Hair washer did not do a good job and was telling me about how she did not want to work at the Luxe Spa anymore. The hair dresser basically just trimmed my hair. It looked exactly the same…
For the brazillian:
Beautician said that she had 2 years experience. She did an ok job on my eyebrows, but she did a HORRIBLE job on my brazillian. Not only did she leave lots of hair and wax but some of my parts were BRUISED!
I will never go again.
