If your shopping online try out
and I think the reviews there say all that need to be said. In the future I’ll spend the extra few bucks and buy else where.

I don’t know a lot about computers, so I couldn’t tell you whether the products I’ve seen at this store were of exceptional quality. The prices were higher than big box stores like Staples or Future Shop, but the service is more personal since it’s a local company. Unfortunately, the customer service was definitely lacking when I brought my computer here to get a DVD drive installed. I was treated with rudeness and was barely acknowledged when I asked questions. I didn’t doubt they knew what they were doing, so I didn’t mind much, but a smile or a decent acknowledgment would have been nice.
